I went to his Shanghai Mars Concert for 2 days this year in September all the way from Canada. It was fantastic! One will never disappointed about his concert. I cannot describe it using any words. What I can say is, those two days are like a dream, and it is the best performance I have ever seen!

Musically he made two versions of this song, an electric and a traditional version, I love the way he fuses ancient and modern together in his performances. 🌺🌺
Many overseas fans flew to China for his Concerts. I visited China 8 times this years for his 10th anniversary celebration. I had the best time of my life. My favourite part is his rock rap, so amazingly smooth. Very seconds of my time is worth. Tomorrow i will fly to Guangzhou for his last concert in 2023.. with him is never enough😂.
In 2017, I flew from Canada to China to attend my first Hua Chenyu concert. It was a very unforgettable experience. This year marks the tenth anniversary of Hua Chenyu's debut. By the end of the year, he held a total of 19 days and over 30 concerts. I attended 22 of them. Despite the long flights making me feel dizzy and exhausted, everything was worth it once I arrived on Mars. This video was of the concerts that took place in Changsha, a well-known "furnace city." To ensure a comfortable outdoor concert experience for fans, Hua Chenyu prepared many machines that sprayed cooling mist, as well as stalls with continuous water supply to prevent fans from overheating and the risk of heatstroke. The day before the concert, he expressed his hope for rain during the show to make it cooler. Miraculously, it did rain in Changsha during those days of the concert! The moment it ended, the weather immediately returned to the hot and dry conditions. This rainy concert became the most romantic one in my life. As you mentioned, his perfect singing voice, outstanding songs, and poetic lyrics, combined with meticulously designed stage production, make attending the Mars Concert an indescribable life experience. I highly recommend that those who have the opportunity should attend it in person; it can be considered one of the wonders of the world. His songs evoke different feelings in various moods, and there is always one that suits the present moment for you to listen to. This particular song was created for his mother who passed away due to cancer. When I heard it live for the first time, I felt a profound sadness, as it has been exactly two years since I lost my husband to cancer. Thank you for sharing this version of the concert in the rain; it deepens the sense of helplessness, reluctance, sadness, and acceptance when facing the departure of loved ones.

This is an incredible detail - his concert tickets haven't increased in price for the past ten years. Each time, his fans feel indebted to him because the effort and expenses he puts into preparing the concerts are not proportionate to the ticket prices. This care and dedication to the fans go beyond commercial interests, demonstrating his genuine love for music and his supporters.
Thanks Nick, it was a pleasure rewatching this reaction. HuaHua's mom passed away in 2021, he wrote this song while taking care of her in her final days at the hospital. There's never a dull moment at HuaHua's concerts, he engages the audience a lot, everybody singing along with him all his songs, or singing the chorus for the songs Hua specially write to sing together at the concert, he chats a lot. It's almost 3 hours of concert where you give your full attention all along, it's very rare for me. Hey I'm leaving in a few hours to go to his Guangzhou concert, can't wait! Cheers from France! ❤
