- The Geek Pride Q&A Panel with voice actors Matt Mercer and Marisha Ray at MAGFest 2017 music and gaming festival convention held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at National Harbor, MD. I was running a little late and missed the first 10 minutes or so of the panel. I believe I missed them introducing themselves and talking about geek culture in general but got there for the start of the audience Q&A portion.

That autograph line being full was a killer. I showed up an hour before hand, so probably when this panel was starting, and it was already full. It was just... Wow. I'm glad they're popular, but damn.
Matt is such a great storyteller. Even his anecdotes are so entertaining and he acts them out so well.
This panel is so funny they are best power house couple ever.

I'd hate to see what would happen if anyone ever disrespected her in front of him. Matt's very sweet and patient, but nobody hurts his girl and gets away with it.
@LadySumner It would never get that far. She would kick their ass before he ever got a chance. In person, she's more Grog than Keyleth. :)

That strong intent stare from him to her was just both awesome to see but heartbreaking to hear the negativity that brought that look out.

"I love my label maker" is the nerdiest sentence, full stop.
Although, it should be noted that you slag the label maker
until you need one- then you LOVE the label maker.
That said, go get a label maker.
My dream game would be something based on Vampire: The Masquerade. Bloodlines is still a great game almost 20 years later, despite the fact that it was only half finished. A game like that, but fully fleshed out, and with a lot more content, would be awesome!
Whoever that fellow was who did the Grog impression, I would like to meet that guy. He seems to be a stand-up gentleman and perhaps a sorcerer of amazing repute.
It is just a good thing that they don't see chat, i can't believe how toxic chat can be!
That's why I like Alpha (when it works). It's so much better, like what the chat was back when I first started watching. That pay wall tends to block most of the trolls. You get one or two people who can be a bit negative, but I've never seen it go full blown toxic. Just someone saying that they don't like her.
Must be nice having friends.
Dungeons and Dragons..... Friends sold separate.
To be fair, the friends effectivly come with the game.

What was going on with that first question?
Matt I want to tell you a story. My youngest was with her friend watching her friend play Overwatch and the credits rolled. Now in these things you tend to look at who your favourite character is then see who voiced the character but my daughter saw your name first Matthew Mercer isn't that the guy Dad goes on about, who did he play! No, they were not playing at "High Noon!" but the arrow of recognition was the other way around!
