A PLEA TO ALL: I am aware that my accompaniments have imperfections and I understand that they may not be to everyone's liking. So if you decide to give this video a DISLIKE, please briefly state the REASON in the COMMENTS so that I can avoid this mistake next time. I am of course grateful for any feedback, even negative. And it is those negative comments that can lead to IMPROVEMENT in the accompaniments. Thank you for your understanding. Jan.
The 2nd movement of Weber's Concerto No.2 has not yet been requested by anyone, you are the first... Honestly, I hadn't planned to do it at all until now, but because of you, I may do it by the end of the year! But I'm not promising anything.
@@virtualissimo I see, well, I just might have to send more money then! 😄Isn't it great for a student to play and know that you are not "the only one in the room" but that a whole orchestra is backing you up? It feels very, very different than playing with a pre-recorded piano accompaniment, which is relatively easy to find on the net, or even a live one. Anyway, whenever you get the chance, there is a whole library I would like you to do...😁Have a wonderful day!
When I was still an active clarinet player, there was no internet at that time, let alone any accompaniments... In music school, we were accompanied by a pianist. I always liked compositions for wind ensembles, so when I wanted to play a duo or trio at home, I had to use a microphone and record the second or third voice on a tape recorder and play the first voice to it. It was crazy, but it was fun. So I'm very jealous that you have those opportunities now. I know there are a lot of clarinet concertos that don't have accompaniments available yet, but unfortunately a lot of them people aren't interested in. If I were retired, I probably wouldn't care, but since I only do all the accompaniments in my spare time in the evenings, I try to pick the pieces that people would theoretically be interested in. Unfortunately, my guess is not always right, so my efforts of a few hours went to waste... Anyway, if you have any ideas, feel free to post them in the comments section of this video: ruclips.net/video/lFWlA9VHjBU/видео.html . Have a great day, Jan.
Great job! This channel has to be much more views!!! I'll recommend and share this channel with my friends and students!! We'll waiting for the 2nd and 3rd movement!! Excellent work!! Congrats!!
This is incredible!!! Please do more for clarinet!! ❤️❤️❤️ I'd even pay for them, your work is great. Maybe you can do for Mozart clarinet concerto and I'd appreciate if you could do this for Luigi Bassi's Fantasy on Rigoletto( I am gonna play it in two months and I have to prepare it.) Anyway, greaat work!!
Hi, I'm glad you like my accompaniments! BTW I've just listened to a piece of Rigoletto by Bassi, and I have to say that it's one of those pieces that is very difficult/impossible to do an accompaniment to - there are places where the tempo needs to be slowed down, or where the clarinet has solo passages during which the tempo speeds up or slows down. It's also the reason why none of the competing YT channels have accompaniments for this piece. Unfortunately, you'll have to find a pianist to practice this song with you. As for the Mozart Clarinet Concerto, it's on my list :o)
Well, if you urgently need this concerto to practice, please visit the competing channels, because I am currently working on the first movement of the Concerto for 2 Clarinets Op.35 by František Kramář-Krommer and then I plan to rework the 2nd movement of Weber's Clarinet Concerto No.1, because I found that there are a few mistakes in the accompaniment. At the moment I am not able to tell you when I am going to start working on the Mozart Concerto in A major. However, I am looking for experienced musicians to test my accompaniments, so if you are interested, email me at virtualissimo@seznam.cz. Thanks, Jan.
Hi, I forgot to inform you that the third movement of this concerto is already available: ruclips.net/video/0P2SfhB8eIc/видео.html Have a great day, Jan.
