The rear seat belts are for 3 passengers facing backwards with their legs out over the tail gate. The seat belts ARE NOT for the middle seat passengers. My Bajaj dealer and mechanic did not know that. The good news is that the Maxima Z can actually hold the driver and 6 passengers. Three in the middle seat and three in the rear facing backwards. That works for me!
Is the dealer lying to me? Is hard shifting normal? I have a 2022 Maxima Z. I like it but I have trouble with the shifter. I MUST remember to put it in neutral before the vehicle stops rolling. If I forget to put it in Neutral before I stop, or if the engine stalls in gear, I can’t get it back into neutral to start it again. I have to shake the machine back and forth. Dealer says all Bajaj are this way?
