I can’t believe celebration was born 30 years ago, I remember everyone talking about it when I was in 6th grade. You obviously did some research moving from Michigan. Ironically, you moved to Orlando about te same time when I moved away from it for the first time in my life.
You’re very educated about real estate, I cant imagine anyone knowing much more than you. Guess that makes you a know-it-all. 😂jk KP, another great video!

Great video. One day I'll be able to make the move to FL! I'm surprised the rentals are allowed with the private residence with the HOA. It seems most don't allow that.
Only long term rentals allowed!

Hi Ken, Is Island village zoned for short term rental or is it the same as the rest of celebration where you cant do short term rental?

I think you can drive a golf cart on a sidewalk as long as that sidewalk if 5 feet wide.

They’re not selling the Nickelodeon places. That’s just an awesome hotel! The mysk is a condo-hotel product right behind them

oh not yet I will have to watch the whole thing. I didn't think you would do someone like that anyways. You said in you live you want to buy on a big lake for appreciation I am on lake maitland and lots here are expensive so I agree and think if you can afford Winter Park might be good. They just tore house down on Via Tuscany that they paid 6.5 million for the ot. I am on the canal that leads to Lake Maitland, canals appreciate but not as much as the lake ones.

I no longer what people from all over the world in my community. So that's not a selling point
2:10 by that B roll clip you showed, it looks like there was a golf part path along side the road. Any sidewalk over the width of 5 feet legal you can drive a golf cart on. You should probably include this piece of information, especially for people that are looking for golf cart, communities and celebration has a lot of those sidewalks. You can also cross over 192, but you cannot drive on it, but you can cross over it in your golf cart.
I don’t understand why celebration would build new roads with high speed limits. Especially when you’re supposed to be a close net golf cart community. You’re just making it easier for cars and tourist to come into your community. They should really think about their residence. They should promote more golf carts, there are a lot safer for children to play and people to walk ride their bike. I just do not understand developers with their obsession with automobiles. It’s the one thing that ruins neighborhood in my opinion.
8:00 and how unprofessional, you called the department that’s in charge of that and they directed you to a website. They couldn’t give you a clear answer? It just cracks me up how people just do not want to do their jobs nowadays. I feel like that was a very simple answer and maybe something suspicious is going on if they don’t know when the bonds gonna expire. I really want to move here but I’m starting to think maybe not.
It feels so corporate, bland, cold. Love the parks, but not this place. Disney no longer owns this place, if I do recall. It's owned by a different company now.

It’s unfortunate your videos target the millionaire club as they’re likely not combing RUclips for realtors but middle class home buyers are. Perhaps create some content relevant to the people who are actually on RUclips in the future because million dollar home tours just aren’t relevant for the majority of your viewers.
@dlovelyart I think Ken does an excellent job of not specifically targeting any demographic. He has one of the best channels I’ve seen.
