Okay i ordered this for my 4 year old. I am a native spanish speaker and married an english-only speaker. This has helped me with doing lessons in full spanish immersion. We love it! We downloaded the nursery rhymes too and my son cant get enough. I used your code for the discount, thank you!!!❤
That's awesome! I definitely find that tools that make it EASY to incorporate Spanish into our school routines make it much more likely that Spanish instruction is happening consistently and effectively.
I have already used a morning binder with my older son thanks for Gentle + Classical, and loved how effective and easy it was--glad to have a Spanish binder now!
Okay I'm definitely getting this! I've tried homeschooling this last school year with my 3 year old, we've had some off weeks but it's going great so far!! 😊
I think it's fantastic at that 3 year old level where repetition is so helpful! My little guy is already loving using the dry erase markers and doing the page, erasing it, and doing it all over again. :)
Hi! Are the page protectors so they can use dry erase markers and reuse the next day vs making however many copies for the week? If so, how do u manage the coloring part of the page? Thank you!
Yes, it's so that the pages can be re-used again and again. For coloring, either I will used colored dry erase markers or we might just verbally talk about what colors each item would be if I don't have the right color for dry erase markers.
In your honest opinion, I have an 8 and 3 yr old. I'm trilingual but my kids know 0 anything except english. Would you recommend starting this preschool for both kids at the same time?
I don't think I'd lean toward this for kids who are just beginning to learn Spanish - when just beginning a language, the alphabet, numbers, shapes, etc aren't necessarily the most useful vocabulary (although they are useful academic vocabulary!). I think this is a better fit for kids who have some foundation in Spanish but aren't fluent or dominant in the language. Have you ever looked at Homeschool Languages curriculum? I talk about that curriculum in part of this video: ruclips.net/video/5xoiqbb2VQU/видео.htmlsi=QQ9Z-Ikv9MUaF_U- That's probably what I would pick for young children just beginning to learn Spanish.
My kids aren’t preschool age anymore… but we haven’t learned the names or sounds of Spanish letters, just some of the conversation Spanish. Would I need to start with the morning binder?
If your kids are older than preschool age and already know the alphabet in English...I wouldn't get the morning binder, I would just teach them the names and sounds of the alphabet in Spanish. People old enough to know how to read in English should be able to pick up reading in Spanish pretty quickly. I love the alphabet songs from 123 Andres (music videos on RUclips) for teaching the names and sounds of all the letters, and then you could just play games with flashcards with the letters or with silabas (ma, me, mi, mo, mu) until they're confident. I think this morning binder is most useful with a preschooler who still needs to learn to write letters and numbers, still needs all these foundational things.
Yes! Sorry, my affiliate link still works with them but they changed their set up so I no longer have a discount code to offer, unfortunately. I do share whenever they have a sale or any discounts going on! Here's my link for the binder: seveninallfamily--llamitasspanish.thrivecart.com/morning-binder-with-printed/
