I Use to have the same problem when I was new to the casino heists, I would just let someone else do it will I grab the targets, I made a vid some time ago on How to get better at hacking, But I recommend spending the extra money on the practice Hacking gadget at your arcade.
I believe It wouldn't be possible , we'll miss at least 1 or 2 cart's behind since diamonds take a good amount of time to pick it up like cash, I haven't seen anyone do it yet without alerting the vault system alarms.
