Excellent review. Thank you. I am starting my build today. I'll have it lit up for Christmas. It is too bad that it does not run and it definitely should have come with a piece of display track. As a Lego Builder I am impressed with the quality and organization of the packaging and set-up directions. Merry Christmas as this was a present from last Christmas that I am only getting around to building it now. Cheers from Toronto, Canada.
Adult brain: Don't you do it. I swear, don't you do it! 12 yr old humor brain: teehee..... Funhole All jokes aside I really like this set and enjoyed the review. Good to see something like this that Mega nor Lego would ever really touch.
I get a feeling they missed the mark if their logo is supposed to be an acronym of Fun Whole, LOL... They need what they were doing by making it a hole. The name is still less than glorious, though. I love the theme, and they've definately hit a market that's been left for the taking by the Big2.
I don’t know if I’m sold on this brand yet., the look and design of the sets is incredible, using some stunning techniques. And the lighting kit twist definitely adds something different to make this company stand out. But to me I’m not a huge fan of dealing with wires and that kinda stuff for lighting. And I don’t know if they feel like a Lego knockoff brand or not. Still though, awesome review!!
@@DemarcationMedia very true, if they make any smaller $20-40 sets I’ll give it a try. As of right now I think all their sets are like $60+, but I may be wrong
Electric trains can run on O-gauge or N-gauge. N is very small. There is an HO too. Lego sets fit O-gauge. Will the Steampunk sit on O-gauge? Thank you for responding. @@DemarcationMedia
@@DemarcationMedia do you think it’s because I didn’t put the wires in the order they were supposed to go because I just plugged them in and skipped the last step on the book

Eyyy nice!!! When those lights turn on, it basically can act as a night-light. Especially the crystal section

I think their logo is an 'F' for Funwhole and then a 'O' to show a 'whole' kind of how math books use an O shape to show a whole when doing fractions
@@DemarcationMedia, the PieChart explanation is so plausible, I'd believe it just as much as it being meant to be a hole.
What kind kind of scale track is it compatible with?
I believe it could fit on Lego's tracks, but you can look up the Steampunk Station on their website if you want to see what their tracks look like

You'd have to build one of the sets to fully decide

Will fit on O gauge? January 30, 2024
A what??

This is a bit bigger than normal Lego trains, so O-gauge might work
Why do my lights look so dim on the train?
I'm not sure. Perhaps you need new batteries? Mine are VERY bright
@@DemarcationMedia I bought brand new ones it’s still the same
Huh...that's weird
