Fun fact: the reason diamonds are so easy to find underwater is because diamonds spawn more frequently if they aren’t exposed to air blocks (they also spawn in bigger veins)
So, next time Im finding it hard to find some diamonds should I look at the bottom of a ocean? Its probably not the safest idea but would it be a reliable source?

just a fun building note: If you have leaves or mangrove roots you can water log them next to coral fans and stuff (unsure about if it works with the full blocks) to keep it wet and alive :) I think it needs to be like right next to it or have them placed on top, this also works with other water-log-able blocks like stairs. (I think you can put them on top of stairs too on the flat part)
Yeah! People use the yellow coral fan thing, item frames and eggs on either a waterlogged stair or warerlogged slab to make 'realistic' nests for chickens!

Even without waterbreathing, a conduit, or other late-game solution, an easy way to get the diamonds is to place doors underwater. I tested it, and placing a door underwater still creates a pocket of air in 1.21. With a few safety doors, you can easily go about building an underwater base as a plain ol' person. The main downside to doing this in Vanilla is the lack of transportation (no minecarts or chest boats underwater).

Wish there was an origins mod that allowed for sea dragons to be an option. Also, there has to be a mod out there that allows for Manatees to be used similar cows. They are the cows of the sea after all. Edit: I found the mod pack on cursedforge. Unfortunately I had to turn off the shaders as my poor laptop was chugging, but preformance skyrocketed the moment I turned it off. Also; you can keep your little mushroom maids Luvstar, cuz the moment I spawned in to the world I found a blob fish. Blorbo will be my companion as I transverse this strange new world :D

1:20:20 I don’t know if you fix it later on but you can use lava buckets to smelt large amounts of items at once. It saves a lot on coal and if you have a nether portal you basically have infinite fuel. Hope this helps 😊

Some things id recommend for the pack would be potions master for water breathing charms, if it isnt there, a mod for you to keep the charm without it taking a inventory space, and a mod to make it indestructible, either by enchanting the old fashioned way or by the forbidden and arcanus method. That way you can explore the land for different structures and the like without having to worry about breathing. Of course this would be later game stuff so that you still have the ocean be your home. I honestly found the designs you came up with to be brilliant and clever so id say that was my favorite part

31:10 cutting it close with the respawn screen LUVSTAR because you were literally at point blank range
1:20:20 I don’t know if you fix it later on but you can use lava buckets to smelt large amounts of items at once. It saves a lot on coal and if you have a nether portal you basically have infinite fuel. Hope this helps 😊

Some things id recommend for the pack would be potions master for water breathing charms, if it isnt there, a mod for you to keep the charm without it taking a inventory space, and a mod to make it indestructible, either by enchanting the old fashioned way or by the forbidden and arcanus method. That way you can explore the land for different structures and the like without having to worry about breathing. Of course this would be later game stuff so that you still have the ocean be your home.
I honestly found the designs you came up with to be brilliant and clever so id say that was my favorite part
