I am new to your channel and I LOVE how beautifully organized everything is! There are a lot of "dollar store" organization videos out there and that is not what I am looking for. I just watched, obviously this video, and the under the kitchen sink video and I am in love with how you did that!! We are moving into a new house next week and I will be purchasing the items you used to organize under your sink to do the same to mine ("Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" - Charles Caleb) I also don't use a lot of make-up and was just thinking I need a new case to store mine in. I currently have it in a oval black leather-like case with a tray and hinged lid. I've had it for years and it is starting to show it! I like the idea of the bags inside the case, that way it's pretty easy to grab for travel as well! Thank you so much...you have a new subscriber for sure!
Great organization! I know you'll get the baking down in no-time! One thing that helped me was to not let it sit on my face (sweep a light layer on top) and brush it away. It sets your makeup, highlights, but doesn't get patchy or ghostly. I hope that helps. I love your channel! XOXO

Nikki, I really like your style!!! I believe in Simple Elegance in my life, home & especially make-up. I do not find your collection boring at all, it simply works for your needs. I have learned we do not need every product that is produced for a specific need (concealed visual clutter). I use only 4 quality brushes for application of products.
Just love your videos Nikki! Due to an life changing illness my house is not only unorganized but very cluttered ! I am unable to work for more than 30 to 40 minutes at a time but have been able to hire some help. I am using your videos and techniques to slowly get my house and life back in order! I love how organized and minimal this is my makeup collection is so overwhelming. As for the baking try the RCMA no color powder applied with a damp beauty blender let it sit for a few minutes and sweep away with a fluffy brush. I cut out half the brushes I was using on my face with a beauty blender I use it for foundation, concealer any cream highlight or contour and even setting/baking. It makes even the most intimidating techniques fool proof. I wish I could apply how organized you are through my whole house between 2 kids and a husband in the military it gets so hard to keep up with things!

Like u, I don't have a lot of makeup, so putting everything in a case or container is great. Like u mentioned, it makes for easy access when I'm putting my makeup on in the bathroom.
Hi Nikki. You are just as pretty as Halle Berry and your make up always looks beautiful! Very heavy make up, especially during the day, very rarely suits anyone. Thanks for sharing your make up case. I enjoy make up too, but like you just tend to stick to a few products that I know work for me. I use a small vanity basket to hold my regular make up, then have a vanity bag that has stiff sides and compartments to hold the lesser used items. These two containers keep everything together and surfaces clutter free. I think it's important to keep as much as possible off shelves and counters to maintain a clean and peaceful look. It also helps to protect make up products from dust, heat and light, which can damage them over time. Hope you are enjoying the weekend. Look forward to seeing your new bathroom. Best wishes honey.
great minimal and top quality makeup collection! quality over quantity is the way to go! tip: try a translucent loose powder with a damp beauty blender/sponge to bake, it won't look as orange as a coloured powder! :)
It's a great idea to have a lg compartment box like that to keep things rather than 5 drawers like I do. I'm going to buy one to free up drawer space. Enjoy your weekend
My makeup collection is minimal too and the he basics do me just fine. I remember watching a video on how to get a "winged" look with liquid eyeliner. I looked like I had two rounds in the ring with Mike Tyson! I still can't master the winged look. The RUclips beauties make it look easy don't they? I love the train case and H&M bags. Like u, I don't have a lot of makeup, so putting everything in a case or container is great. Like u mentioned, it makes for easy access when I'm putting my makeup on in the bathroom.
Hi Nikki. You are just as pretty as Halle Berry and your make up always looks beautiful! Very heavy make up, especially during the day, very rarely suits anyone. Thanks for sharing your make up case. I enjoy make up too, but like you just tend to stick to a few products that I know work for me. I use a small vanity basket to hold my regular make up, then have a vanity bag that has stiff sides and compartments to hold the lesser used items. These two containers keep everything together and surfaces clutter free. I think it's important to keep as much as possible off shelves and counters to maintain a clean and peaceful look. It also helps to protect make up products from dust, heat and light, which can damage them over time. Hope you are enjoying the weekend. Look forward to seeing your new bathroom. Best wishes honey.

great minimal and top quality makeup collection! quality over quantity is the way to go! tip: try a translucent loose powder with a damp beauty blender/sponge to bake, it won't look as orange as a coloured powder! :)
It's a great idea to have a lg compartment box like that to keep things rather than 5 drawers like I do. I'm going to buy one to free up drawer space. Enjoy your weekend
My makeup collection is minimal too and the he basics do me just fine. I remember watching a video on how to get a "winged" look with liquid eyeliner. I looked like I had two rounds in the ring with Mike Tyson! I still can't master the winged look. The RUclips beauties make it look easy don't they?
