What’s crazy to me about DS music is that the music is never really reused in exactly the same way even in reoccurring themes, and what happens is that you can picture exactly what frame was on screen when u hear just a second or two of the ost. Like this moment u pinned it was right after UM5 jumped to the tree and then it goes back to Muichiro with mist fading off of him. This show has so many beautiful small moments where the image and music create a truly epic shot

You cannot imagine how much i cried watching this episode 8. Season 3 overall was not good as much as season 2 or mugen train, but episode 8 was sooooo impressive with this music.
The main reason season 3 was boring because the pacing and the upper moon doesn’t feel like the upper moon I know they just overwhelmed the protagonist but they don’t seem dangerous like Gyutaro idk
