      6/17…trash. You want him to be a success, but he wont be. Rushing or “Duel-threat” QBs don’t win SHIT in the NFL.
      Ok, maybe a random ass Division title here-and-there, but they’ll likely choke in the playoffs if they do that.
      QBs should run for *crucial* first downs, and maybe a few rushing TDs that are >10 yds.
      Think Patrick Mahomes. Rarely runs, but when he does it’s for crucial first downs and scores. Thats how QBs should run, if they ever do. Cant win a Chip w/ a “Dual threat”. This is the NFL.

    For such a big guy he has very small strides when he runs. This game kinda showed me he’s no threat from the pocket whatsoever yet. Only time he was on time and accurate was when it was play action, on the run or it was the first read. Gotta hope that progresses as he plays his rookie season.

    • @ATLsF1N3ST91
      @ATLsF1N3ST91 Год назад

      nah, that just has to progress over the next 2-3yrs. The Colts timeline isn't "win NOW" they're going to build a program than can win in the future. The AFC is STACKED with QBs right now. They have to pick their shots. This year will be about getting another high draft pick. Very high, and trading JT for something valuable so we can get another really good tackle.

    As a gator fan we didn’t do him justice as far as preparing him for the pros or did much for him to succeed at uf. With that said I’m seeing him do some things he didn’t necessarily have in his bag yet like the pocket awareness. He’s very talented and I want him to succeed I think he went to a good program that will take care of him. He just need to play longer than what he’s doing in preseason and be with better talent and when the season starts I think week to week we will see him get better and put together some really good games and led his team to some wins. When he throws my guy is looking like he’s mad at the world he throws so hard 😂 once he gets that accuracy together and I pray to god he does because I want him to shut up a lot of people! Just hope he works very hard and consistent at it!
