This song is about when you become an Adept and gain psychic senses while your body rejuvenates. You would be given several tasks or missions to perform (secret) these missions mean NOTHING on the mundane level but have significant influence on the ethereal. This is a confusing time; often we can experience audio communication with their deceased relatives and or/Guardian Angels. During this time, the person is living between dimensions.....Noone can see him, is he there or not? Is it real what is real? What is reality? The living body is sacrificed (the old for the new) for the Universal man....the past is gone the future lies before him... A difficult life with extra challenges meant to defeat the higher self.
I'm pretty sure it's about a paranoid schizophrenic "going postal" and killing everyone at his work. It's peering into his mind and his justifications for what he's about to do.
Joe Dolan You are correct!! A lot of people who "hear voices" are diagnosed as schizophrenic. The key is to not let the voices control you...it's a test. Research "Kundalini Experience" for a better explanation of the Trials. Making it past the voices is the first challenge of the "Herculean Tasks"
