Hey just a quick one rice shouldn’t look like rice pudding, just leave the rice on dam for at least 10 min and it shouldn’t get squishy zebra rice is good and you’ll be able to see every grain of rice and won’t get squishy x
Dont soak your rice. Wash it until it becomes clear and then drain it and add it to your water.. cook for 12 mins once the water comes to a boil. This has always worked for me!
