5% increment of improvement is a great practical and believable way to experiment new things in a consistent fashion. Creating a system of habits in a daily basis is more likely to take us where our dreams dwell. Thank you Steve and Brian for your contribution.
I saw an interview where he was asked how he keeps his clients from getting too serious; and he replied "a Zanex mister". I love this man - I'm putting meeting him on my bucket list.
I like your voice, Steve. I find it soothing and a good speed for me. I just found out about you today, and I'm enjoying listening to your videos and now I want to read your books.
This robot trick sounds like a beneficial tool only as long as you are willing to assume that the actor operates with a benign motive. I’m imagining that Dennis Rader “programed his robot” too.
People who write self improvement books consistently pretend that certain qualities or characteristics are quantifiable that are not in fact quantifiable. For example, if I wanted to increase my level of self-confidence, how would I (or anyone else) measure a “5%” increase?

+Maynard Manzano Yes! Love that!
Steve has a great sense of humor, I laughed so hard when he told the story of when the mother plays his CDs to her kids as punishment. Lol!
