Darjeeling Trip Part 1 :-
In this vlog, we are going to talk about our recent trip to Darjeeling while we took the Vande Bharat Express at 6am on Friday (October 20, 2023). It was Sashthi, quite a lot of crowd roaming around in the city of joy while we were about to board our Train 18 from Howrah Railway Station. We reached New Jalpaiguri Junction at 1:20pm in the afternoom and from there we took the Matigara Kurseong road. At first we took a halt at the Timboor On the Trail restaurant which comes before Kurseong town and we had our evening tea. We saw Kurseong Railway station (Darjeeling Himalayan Railway) and also right after that Ghum Railway station, Sonada Railway station and last but the least the DHR at Darjeeling! We reached the Queen of the hills at 6:30pm in the evening of Friday and we roamed in the mall road area. We completed our dinner at Glenary's restaurant (Old British Era)! The very next day we visited the Darjeeling Zoo and The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute.

Is it cold weather in darjelling? Do sweaters required.

Yes definitely it is required during the start of October, even before as it is in high altitude, woolen clothes are must as you go up the hill!
