As a clean and sober addict/alcoholic. I can tell you an old timer/ sponsor would never make that recommendation. Which makes this satirical sho that much funnier.
Chrisy is playing the one person that everyone one needs when they fall off the wagon. The one that needs to tell it like it is with no remorse but is acting out of love even when they don't know it.. I mean Bonnie lied to her and she has a right to be mad (i know that there were other things going one with Cristy but i am only talking about Bonnie and the drugs.). The others are doing good as well but sometimes you just need that one person to not cuddle you and call you out on what you did.
I have a big problem with mother not validating daughter's feelings. It's true she is dealing with an illness but it doesn't change the fact that she's hurting people around her, destroying their lives. It'd be better if she didn't push for absolution so hard, and let her be angry because not many people would handle themselves like this, only using their words. She's too proud, apologies and admittion of guilt are powerful. I don't like that the daughter is made into a crazy person and forgives unprompted without an honest apology.
I never had my medications talk to me! I Love nitris oxide. It's a real trip! The Mother really needs severe inpatient rehab! This was so sad to watch.
Coming from someone who deals with chronic pain, there is absolutely no pain killer that is decent that doesn’t have the risk of addiction and even if you need them make you a little high, they give addicts of any kind paracetamol usually rather then dolling stronger ones out slowly which covers nothing but a headache then wonder why people turn to worse things
@@NiecieSavoyou know nothing. they wouldn’t prescribe the addictive stuff if it didn’t work better than paracetamol. there are tons of people who suffer from chronic pain and can’t get that stuff because after getting much of the population addicted to opioids, *now* they wanna be stingy. anyone who asks is red flagged as drug seeking.
I know it's post is comedy, but I'd love for Jesus to actually include himself into my life like this & maybe I could actually believe in the religious again because I lost faith along time ago. 💔
Maybe you were never faithful to begin with. Jesus does show up. He shows up as maybe one of your friends, a relative or even a complete stranger. Something told me to not take the highway. So I didn't. There was dense fog and pile ups. I knew right there, God was looking after me. I had a stranger save me from a situation. That was Jesus in the form of a person, trying to help me and steer me in the right direction. Road detours are ways God/Jesus helps. You're looking it in the wrong way. Jesus appears in many forms. You just aren't trusting him. And that's why your faith in him was easy to give up.
@ameliawilder28 You have the nerve to try to judge me when you don't personally know me or what I've been through in my life. You're definitely not a Christian because only God can judge me when it's my time, so maybe instead of judging others' work on your own lost soul before going after me or anyone else, #ByeFelisha 🙄👋🏼
Inuits are not a local tribe. They are one of 4 ethnic eskimo group that live a long the Artic Ocean... And there are NO cruise ships that whale which in the Artic Ocean...
The focus in the first few seasons were the kids, after that, the focus was on the friends I noticed. They didn’t completely forget about them though, they were both mentioned here and there in the later seasons.
How is it possible for working mom with 2 jobs have enough time for anything? Hate this propaganda. Do 2 jobs and have a life. 🖕 Like the sitcom but not the message in all of them.
Why is Christie so hateful to Bonnie she did her best to raise her and Christie treats her like shit for it if that was my daughter talking to me like that I would disown her and change my address so she can’t find me ever😢
Umm, did you not watch the show? Bonnie was an unstable alcoholic drug addict who set a bad example for Christy. She never had stable relationships, put her daughter in danger several times, could not provide a decent upbringing for her, and exposed Christy to drugs, alcohol, and unprotected sex at an early age, which led to her repeating Bonnie's mistakes. This show is a comedy, but underneath the humor is a lot of trauma and bitterness. If you were anything like Bonnie, it would be good for your daughter if you disowned her. At least that way, she could potentially have a normal life.
@djervalevy9784 Not to defend Bonnie for how she raised or didn't raise Christy. But she was abandoned by her own Mom at a very young age, which sent her down the road of alcohol, substance abuse, and major bad lifestyle choices. Watching the series, you get to see Bonnie's mom in the Season 3 opening episode.
It’s a SHOW lol I watched every season and kind of agree. My dad was FAR worse than her character and I’d never.. sometimes I’d get upset with him but he moved in with my husband and I for a short period and drove me absolutely insane but wouldn’t treat him badly at all. I was an addict myself and went though recovery. Unfortunately he couldn’t. Didn’t fault him for it he did his best. It’s a show though meant to be part of their characters for comedic purposes. It’s not at all realistic, obviously.
One of the Mormon guys plays Pastor Jeff on Young Sheldon. Good casting 😂
This was a very spectacular show, the best then and now. It transformed lives. I think addicts need it and use it
The most underrated show ever
I agree
Phenomenal show. Tragic, hopeful, insightful, educational, and very funny! I'm a recovering alcoholic and I approve of this message!
"Do you want me to disrobe?"
"How about me?"😂😂
That doctor was gorgeous, damn😍
There was a time one could, without seeing a image of the doctor, you could accurately predict the gender. Not now. 😢
That scene with the alarm clock is hilarious Are you Crazy ?!! "YEAH, SO BE CAREFUL!" 😅😅
As a clean and sober addict/alcoholic. I can tell you an old timer/ sponsor would never make that recommendation. Which makes this satirical sho that much funnier.
How do you deal with excruciating pain, then? If you can't take drugs for them?
My sponsor did. I did have a c section though. Sponsor has 30 years.
Slippery slope
3:10 Chip is young sheldon's pastor jeff😉
Bonnie's Angel looks almost like Glinda the good witch with a wand and a big tiara.
That’s the reference lol
Chip changed denomination 😂

Any type of serious physical pain, especially that of back pain will have you break your sobriety.
Fine line

Not Bonnie as Glinda😂
Love this show it’s so real
One od the mormon guys is Pastor Jeff from Yiung Sheldon!
I was shocked that this is the only comment on Pastor Jeff!
Was just going to comment!
3:43 omg this was me on pain pills 😂
😢 I know how she feels my daughter told me she didn't want to live with me n that's a pain I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy 😢.
I don't why Christy tries her mom, she's crazy.
I never had my medications talk to me! I Love nitris oxide. It's a real trip! The Mother really needs severe inpatient rehab! This was so sad to watch.
To an addict medication or any type of drugs definitely talk to them just not the way the tv show because they can’t stop it feels like that to them
I really love Christy and the girls so much.
The Mormon guy warning his buddy is my friend and the guy who's gotta get outta there
just normal christians, i think
Such great acting on this show!
There are pain pills that won’t make you go lala, that’s the kind addicts get.

I just realized the one woman is Dharmas Mom in Dharma & Greg
THE BEST SHOW
Bonnie plunkett rage can be so extreme at times 😊
I feel bad for the doctor. All it took was bonnie to get him to relapse for him lose 22 years of sobriety
I just loved this show.
Theirs The Stab lol
Bonnie acts like she is on speed not pain meds. Pain meds are not like this.
Opioids give me a TON of energy and I behave very much like she was.
In the beginning, they do make you feel like this.
They can indeed cause that kind of behavior.
Pain pills before the xray reaults?
Churches forgiveness policy 😂😂

I love series with families, where they never show the children.
They do show the children in multiple episodes
