I can confidently say after the 5 online live shows of Frozen I’ve watched today this is some of the best acting, singing, and costuming BEST ELSA BY FAR her notes are amazing and she doesn’t push
Saw this on my Alaska Disney cruise, in the beginning on September, and absolutely loved it! I loved our Olaf!! One thing this video tries to not show is the puppeteers expressions; which I believe makes the show 100x funnier and entertaining!! Love DCL's crew and top rate experience!
@@jackkelly6310 They should have at least made the dress change less noticeable. Maybe make the lights a dark blue so that the Elsa can still see what she's doing, but the change is more smooth for the audience.
I know who's playing prince Hans in this version of Frozen! He and I were in the musical version of White Christmas when I was still in high school and he was a freshman at college studying musical theatre.

This was a great show, the chemistry between actors. The puppetry was fantastic, the emotions for the dolls was just good. I know Disney has a big budget but of course this had limits. The stage effects were also great. The moving set and ice was nice to see. Olaf was my favorite the person that played him was perfection. Duke of Welselton was a very funny role and added that great comedy. Anna's hair quick change was done well. People have their own opinions on Elsa's dress, personally I loved it sure it was a pull a was easily seen. I like to interpret it as she quickly was getting rid of her past self and wanted it to be seen. My only thing I didn't like is how some of the harmony's didn't hit quite right and like 1-2 times it sounded off. Elsa's let it go was great , the variation was enjoyable, however, I would have like it to be minimal. All in all it was a pretty good 1st try to the stage. It's gotten way better since it's hit Broadway.
I don't think they wanted it to be hidden. A lot of the audience was children so they wanted the adult Anna and Elsa to play them so they could put it together that they were the same character. No matter what it's really hard for puppets to be hidden. Like with Olaf you can see the guy that played him. I think its intentional, however, you can have your own views

I’ve seen this show 3 times it’s so amazing I believe this cast was the wonder 37 because I saw the cast before this I saw it in February 2018 and that Anna definitely is not Sydney but she still was amazing tho All of the cast members work so hard and they’re amazing
I'm sorry... but this is more like a really good high school production. They're trying too hard to combine aspects of Hyperion and Broadway while still staying true to the film.
The cast is doing their best. I think the issue is how Frozen Fever took over everything so quickly, and everyone has INCREDIBLY strict ideas of what makes the characters who they are. Once Upon a Time Season 4A had a similar issue - they debuted the Frozen characters within weeks of the movie debuting, and the actors gave painfully bland performances because Disney execs were afraid of the OUAT Frozen characters alienating fans by not being exactly like the movie versions.
I don’t like the puppets of people they’re creepy and weird looking. I also hate the voices of young Elsa and Anna. I understand why the couldn’t get actual children though because they’re on a cruise ship.
Is there a reason Hans walked out without his sword when he announced Anna was dead, and then when he confronts Elsa he has it? Or did "Hans" forget it?
I was already going to say I wish the puppets had been Ivo Caprino inspired for a more Norwegian flair, rather than these creepy Pompel og Pilt things - and then Olaf comes on looking like the snowman version of Gorgon vaktmester!! 😱
Finished? Not at all, it practically just started, it premiered in November 2016 and it's still very much there. The cruise ship shows tend to stick around for a while, Toy Story ran for a good 8 years. So don't worry BensonBoi, you're fine ;) this Frozen and Tangled on the Magic will VERY much be around for a good long time. I'm looking forward to what they'll put on the upcoming three new ships.
Kristoff and Anna are the best actors, they were incredible, wasn’t a fan of Elsa tbh, she was good but seemed like she didn’t wanna be there, not much effort

Omg !! DISNEY !!!!! That “ let it go, was a LET DOWN” so anticlimactic!!!! From that party city dress costume change, to those notes no one asked for!! There was a better way to do that costume change. And have effects !! This show has a lot of dead air
