I suggest as a new student/grade every one list to mark klimeck lectures till your blue in the face. Understand principles and how to connect them. For example, diabetes M. if you know S/S of drunk and shock that equals hypoglycemia or know S/S of SIADH the opposite S/S is diabetes insipidus . The lectures are free on RUclips and Spotify. If your having trouble still then spend money.
