The call of Abraham by God is recorded in the bible , Genesis 12 where Abraham is commanded by God to leave his country Ur
In this video i visited one of the places that Abraham , Isaac nad Jacob lived.
Tel Beersheba , here Abraham dug a well and it was seized by King Abimelech {Philistine King}
At Tel Beersheba Abraham ang King Abimelech made an oath of peace covenant for Abraham to get his well back.
Beersheba means Well of Seven or Well of the Oath.

Why is it that the country is so dry. It seems that most of the eastern countries are in that condition.
Perhaps in those days the country would have much greener so that the animals had food to eat. Joseph's brothers were shepherds so wonder how they managed. Abraham himself had great flocks of sheep so they might of had much difficulty in finding food for them.

Great video and sharing. It bring back old memories. I lived in Beersheva for a whole year. I visited Abraham's well several times. It was just near to the supermarket where we shopped in the old city. Hard to believe that indeed Abraham, his wife Sarah, and Isaac once lived here. Until, I read it in my bible last year.
How can I live in Israel?
