Exodus 13:21 “Yahuah was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.” Sand melts at 3000F. This melted sand must have been caused by the pillar of fire that God led His people with at night so they could see in the dark.
This is very amazing to watch and see where Moses talked to God, where the people built the golden Calf to worship, when Moses struck a rock for water, everything that is the Bible. When I was reading the Bible it's sometimes hard to imagine where Moses talked to God on Mt. Sinai, and many other places in the bible. I try to read Bible as often as I can but, as many other people get distracted and not read the Bible. This did put into perspective what Mt. Sinai looks like. Back then people were living in caves. There is nothing significant about any of this. Just semi-intelligent lifeforms looking for a meaning to their existence, nothing more. Millions of us has always known the real mount Sinai was located in Saudi Arabia but the Saudi government would not allow people to explore the Biblical mountain for centuries.
I so much want to study the rocks up on the mountain...I think it would be so fascinating to learn about the composition and if they really are burnt like they look. I'm not a geologist, but I am a scientist and God will never stop revealing how awesome he truly is with both his creation and the remnants of history.

Hence the wanting to study it. 🙂 Even as a believer, it's best practice not to make such definitive statements about current geography.

A tour group before we climbed and filmed the top stuck some sticks up there together into a cross and that got the locals very angry. We filmed the mountain as we climbed and didn’t realize the issue until after it was filmed and decided based on feedback to not show that as it’s not our country and we do not want to make people think we did that for the film and create issues for others wanting to climb the mountain.

I so much want to study the rocks up on the mountain...I think it would be so fascinating to learn about the composition and if they really are burnt like they look. I'm not a geologist, but I am a scientist and God will never stop revealing how awesome he truly is with both his creation and the remnants of history.

Hence the wanting to study it. 🙂 Even as a believer, it's best practice not to make such definitive statements about current geography.

The Apostle, or Sent One, Shaul Paul wrote about the site being in Midian.. Where does it say that Rome gets to re-name everything? They re-named the Egyptian Peninsula as the Sinai Peninsula. It has always been Egyptian.. "Knowledge will be Greatly increased in the End Times" (from the Book of The Vision, or Revelation). When the nation of Israel was re-founded in ONE day, in 1948, as prophesied, this began the End Times, and archaeologists discover more every day, especially in Israel. Minute 28:18 what they were trying to hide on the filming? It will Appears on minute 29:12 and 30:12 a stick. What is that? Why they tried to hide?
A tour group before we climbed and filmed the top stuck some sticks up there together into a cross and that got the locals very angry. We filmed the mountain as we climbed and didn’t realize the issue until after it was filmed and decided based on feedback to not show that as it’s not our country and we do not want to make people think we did that for the film and create issues for others wanting to climb the mountain.

Nice video here. I noticed that the first illustration of the Mishkan was missing the brazen laver in the Outer Court between the Brazen Altar and the Tent. The priests were required to cleanse themselves at the Laver before entering the Holy Place, or they would die.
