    Lake is full now. Stripers are starting. Got a good one in bluff city a few nights ago. Started at wing deer, then the flats then up to persinger bridge, and then blevins, my last stop is usually bluff city, mostly after dark though. I start a 2 am. Boatless...Great video...

    Thanks for giving me ideas on where to launch my kayak. Definitely some great spots around the tri cities. We were just at winged deer Sunday.

      Well, I wouldn’t be able to use live bait, but it would be a great spot to catch some on artificial as well.

    How’s it going? I just recently met someone on RUclips and he’s fishing Boone Lake tonight. I was interested in seeing what’s there to catch! I’m from upstate New York. I love to fish! The only time I get to fish stripers is for a month and a half in spring when they run up the Hudson River. I’d love if there were a freshwater lake like this near me. There’s such an interesting variety of fish in that lake. Thanks for sharing your experience. If you look at my thumbnail picture you can see one of the stripers I caught last year. Normally I fish the resavoir that supplies NYC. Great trout and bass fishing. I’ve often thought of doing videos like this. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to Checking out more of your videos. Good luck next time out!! Hopefully someday I’ll have the time to make videos of catching fish. Take care

      Yeah, Boone Lake is a very special lake for striper, hybrid, and brown trout as well as largemouth bass. You should definitely try making a video. It’s a ton of fun.

      @@MichaelKaal-TriFisher Thank you very much for reading my comment and replying. I really appreciate it. I’m definitely going to start doing some videos. I like some of the techniques you use. Definitely going to try those planer boards, I think they would work great at the resavoir I fish at . When you started doing videos what cameras did you use? And how did you learn to edit? I’ve been watching different RUclips videos for several years always thinking about starting a channel. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

    Fun day!
    Why did you stop labeling with the date/year and use month only? I appreciate that info.

    • @MichaelKaal-TriFisher
      @MichaelKaal-TriFisher  Год назад

      I’m attempting to make the videos more watchable over time. If I include the year it was filmed it may dissuade future views. So I’m still including the month but not the specific date. Feel free to message me anytime for dates I filmed.
