I’m down to login the date and a picture of each one to try and track how long. Also I keep getting ones mailed to me that show cracks that you can see when it’s hot enough to glow
I’ve got 2 60 “ jade range cheese melters I’m looking after. I keep having the problem of IR burners cracking soon after install. I know the staff may be damaging it during cleaning but it seems to happen more that it should. Is there something I’m missing?
I have no experience with these but could it be that from new they need to run at a slightly lower temperature for a short time to make sure any moisture is driven out of the ceramic? I know this sort of thing can be an issue with foundry equipment like crucibles and insulative coatings right from new and if they have been sitting unused for an extended period if time. If you heat the to much too quickly the moisture cannot escape and the steam pressure builds up causing cracking.
καλησπερα. εχω εστιατοριο και δουλευω με μια κοτοπουλιερα παρομοια με το βιντεο σας. διαθετει 10 σειρες και ορισμενες απο αυτες μολις αναψουν κανουν μια εντονη αναφλεξη και σβηνουν. το υγραεριο συνεχιζει να ρεει. ποια πιθανη βλαβη υπαρχει?
