I LOVE CORONA. THEY TRULY EXEMPLIFY THE PAGEANTRY OF WINTER GUARD. EVERY STATEMENT MADE WITH EQUIPMENT IS CAREFULLY THOUGHT OUT AND BLENDS EFFORTLESSLY WITH THE MUSIC. WELL DONE.
Corona, California is next to Temecula which has wineries and winemaking facilities, so the subject is organic-- more so than most shows. Beautifully danced, beautifully choreographed. The highest impact moments were unison flag work. Wouldn't mind a large prop bottle tipping over, and massive banners pouring forth and enwrapping the various couples at the end, but hey.
My friend and my former coach both marched this team in 2011! They were actually located in whittier and even once had an open guard called corona light
