This was the 10th anniversary of this event and the 50th anniversary of the WRC.
So there were loads of cool cars.
My favorites were the Peugeot 306 MAXI, Audi Quattro S1 and Lancia Stratos.

I hope people continue to use these cars and use them hard, like they are meant to be.
Its a real privilege to see and hear them on video, as ill never get to see them in “real life”.

Yes it is an old 325 with 3 zylinders nly 8 bar compression, i think 150 PS maximum. car has 365.000 kms

Hi. Cool video and love to see all the cars flying by again! I'm a friend of Harri Toivonen and was his passenger at 1:38 in this video. I had some gopro's onboard and want to make a little video. Great rally and amazing field of cars. But security is way to tight for spectators. You can barely move around the special stage... The field of cars and the service park make this event worth a visit tho!
The Germans are always very strict about the safety zones. Even on the Nürburgring.
@@Belgian-Motorsport I recommend you come to the hoznayo festival rally. Old sideways. It is located in the country of Spain, especially in Cantabria. This year there were 5 Audi quattro b, and 3 306 kit cars. There was also JM Lavattla, Paolo Diana and Marc Duez .RALLY FESTIVAL HOZNAYO 2022. Next year in May.

That's my favorite rally car and I really want to see it in action.
I know there is one in Lanzarote, but it's not easy to figure out if and when it will participate in a rally.
@@Belgian-Motorsport It's amazing, if you can get close, it's usually the dates in early May. In the year 2023 I confirm that the Xsara ex bulgaski is coming, the one with the victory..... take about 5 minutes to the trailer what do they have thank you 🙏
