Hey Matt, thanks for the tutorial! By the way, is there a functional reason why you wear your pants over the bindings' hi-backs or is it just a matter of style?

HAHA, yes and yes. While I do still love the style from the early 2000's of the pants over the highback I also find that sometimes when your pants get pinched behind your highback/heelloop you can feel it pulling when you lean on harder toeside carves. Over the highback eliminates the possibility of that.

Should you change your binding angles for exercising switch or should you get used to this slightly weird angles compared to your usual side? I'm used to riding +15...18 on front foot and 0 on back foot.

No need to mess with your bindings. You want those to stay in your normal comfortable position because in the end you’ll still be riding in your regular direction most of the time

Did this exact technique a few weeks ago, amazed how effective and quick it was compared to other methods I’d tried in the past. This technique doesn’t feel scary, plus you see your progress quickly which is motivating. A few runs and you’re comfortable! I found a bonus afterwards was to work on revert spins CW/CCW
