Excellent! I used Goodreads for a long time but quit several years ago. There was just nothing personal about it.
This will be a good record of what I’ve read and why.
But actually I listen to audio books which has increased the number of books I finish now. I listen to books instead of music in the car, I find it less stressfull. Thanks for the info! Maren

I really love the library card template - it’s a really good idea to track books that aren’t finished but have been started

I LOVE reading physical books and libraries SO MUCH that my hubby gave me a book about the history of the LIBRARY! I've read it twice already!!!
I would like us to take a road trip to Library 'destinations'.... I read 1 chapter a night in the 1st HP every night until finished (I was working a consulting assignment so couldn't read all day). All the remaining books in HP series I read in 1 day. Loved them - but don't know why I gave them all away!? Fyi, the HP books are WAY better than the movies, especially TGOF! P.S. I'm a senior citizen, age 70, and read everything, even manuals. Lifelong bookworm...I was even a library assistant from 6th to 8th grade at my elementary school.

Be cool to do article readingp logging and learning logging: like 10 minutes a day of math brush up, grammar, history, and BaCk 2 BaSiCs. Mind mapping idea when considering a tracker?

I'll have to check out those statistics spreads. I have a huge bullet journal that so far looks like I can get multiple years in. Just looking for fun stuff to add. You had some good options.
I'll add another variant for 52 weeks. I am testing out writing the title on the day that I start it for my smaller monthly calendar (like the monthly spread size) and then I keep the line open until I hit the end date. So when I'm done, I highlight with a single line of color to get the visual of how long it took to read that book and how many books I was reading at a time. I like it so far. I have a separate page where I just list the book titles.

I don t get how "the annual stats" works...

    • @lenaheitmann4500

Basically for every month you track how many books you read and how many pages those added up to.
For example on the vertical graph you have the numbers 1 through 10. How high up this goes depends on how many books you tend to read.
The average book is 300 pages so it's best to then but a 300 next to the 1, a 600 next to the 2 etc. which represent the pages.
I guess this is nice if you tend to beat yourself up over only having read 2 books in a month, while forgetting that both of those were 500+ pages
