Most people thought Tom would use Eminem's own beat to diss him. But once again Tom showed everyone how much class he has by making the song all about how he appreciates Eminem (from his Slim Shady days) and doing it in the style of his Dear Stan video. This song is like a continuation of that video. Notice Tom is in the water and the car he is sitting on has lake scum all over it like it was pulled from the lake. Even sitting at the desk writing a letter is the same.

Also, I've worked in retail and gas stations, it's cause me to always tell people hello. Because of that, i told a homeless lady to smile cause she didn't smile one day at me. I didn't know she was homeless. A week later i found out the situation. She said i made her want to keep pushing forward just because i said please smile. We are great friends now. My husband is friends with her now. We try our best to look out for her and the other homeless people by our house. We give out food and blankets when we have extra. We aren't doing good in this economy lately, but geez, i can't stand thinking of her sleeping outside in the bushes in the cold. Luckily we are in sc, so it's not freezing, but it's still cold sleeping on the ground. I'm telling you, just saying hello makes a huge difference in not just a strangers day but your own. I literally look for her daily just so we can hug each other. Thank you so much my friend for saying what you said. People truly do not understand how it can help everyone. Also, say a prayer for all the homeless. We have a lot around here cause we love right by the highway exit. It's heartbreaking. Pray for them. They are not horrible people, just people. Sweet, kind, loving people

You might be surprised to know that When Eminem went by Slim Shady he was just as controversial as Tom. Actually maybe even more controversial just in a different way.
Tom is showing also that just because they have political differences doesn't mean you can't still respect someone. All differences aside, Slim still saved Tom. Without Marshall there would be no Tom. And that would be a very sad existence.
