I am 81 + and I had a wonderful marriage with my husband as we grew to love each other dearly.. For about 6 months his health was failing and he wanted me to be by him. He passed away peacefully on the 6th of January 2019 with the family by him. In the background hymns were played. So much so that we did not realize that he had passed away.peace peacefully. Praise the Lord. However I miss him so.
On Sept 8, 2021 my beautiful Mom went home to Jesus. On Sept 5, she was particularly restless and uncomfortable, so I looked for some piano music to help soothe her and found this. Mom played piano for our church's worship ministry when I was young and I remember so well her playing these songs--in church as well as at home. That night in September, I played these for her as I crawled in to bed with her. Within minutes, she was resting comfortably in my arms and was able to go to sleep. As hard as it is to think about, I will always cherish the memory of holding my precious Mom until she settled--just the way she held me in her arms, no matter how old I was, until I was comforted. Thank you for this compilation, it means more than anyone knows.

Hymns do what modern praise songs cannot. They resonate across generations as if we sing with the collective voices of the cloud of witnesses the same songs that moved great great great grandma. I can almost hear their voices too. So lovely is this music and dripping with such great depth and theology. Not noise. Just worship. Thank you Kaleb. Keep up the great work.
I am just 16 years old and I give my life to Him when I was 14. And I always celebrate every July 20 cause that was the perfect day when Christ came to save me .I maybe a teenager and in our days this kind of song has little appreciation than it should be. But I really realize that this hymns of Christianity will sound until He will come again. And I keep this fire of the Holy Spirit burning withing me. I am 68 years old, but my life is slowly ending. I am learning to play the piano, and I vowed to the Lord when I became proficient enough, to visit old folks centers and play hymns on their piano or my portable digital keyboard what years I have left. My mind and body are still sharp; I know I can do it. This is another main goal on my bucket list. I only regret I did not begin learning the piano years sooner. Hi Zall is it hard to learn the piano at your age. is there a certain technique you use .I learned from 9 to 15.But gave it up because my Father would only let me play Hymns.He wouldn't let me play Worldly Songs and it was right in the hay day of The Beatles. 1966 to 1973 The hay days of Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson etcetc. and the seekers Abba. I am approaching 80 years old and play guitar and sing. I had the joy of playing and singing for the folks at retirement and assisted living centers as well as homes for Alzheimer patients and was blessed beyond description. Because of the progression of my wife's dementia into Alzheimer I was only able to do this a couple of years. I hope you are able to accomplish your goal and begin receiving the blessings it will bring real soon. Don't wait so long for proficiency as you can be a blessing without it.

My grandma went home to be with Jesus last night at the age of 95. She was a very strong woman of faith. She was a pastor's wife for most of her life and raised a family of seven children. No family is perfect and her's wasn't either...they experienced grief and lose and challenges but she gave so much to her family and to God in her lifetime. These songs remind me of her singing and playing piano - she loved music so much!! Because of her we always sang our prayers at family gatherings. Praying her legacy will continue to be celebrated and remembered by the generations to come and that our faith may also be as strong. Jesus may we be strong enough to carry on the faith of those who went before!
Lord, i surrender all to you my life.. thanks to this instrumental it gives me hope to live. I experienced rejection, depressed and anxiety but this music gives me hope to live and to grow in faith that God is always there for us to comfort..
2020 definitely is not an easy year and we still don't know what is ahead of us. There are many moments i feel lost and cobfused. But i decide to set my eyes upon Our Lord Jesus Christ no matter what. May our faith in Jesus and love for our God grow despite the difficulties. When we are weak, He gives us strength.

These hymns remind of my home country church when I was young and the elders get soaked in the Holy Spirit and singing these hymns. Oh I am very happy to hear these hymns lifting my spirit before the presence of God.

Love the reverent music to collect your thoughts and give thanks to God, our creator for all the wonderful things he supplies us with daily. In my teen's I was part of a church quartet. I am now 74 yrs old and can still harmonize with the music and still feel deep within myself the beauty of the music and the words.

I am 34 and sitting at the firehouse listening to these beautiful timeless Hymns that cause me to reflect upon the Lord's work in my life and the lives of my family members. I initially put this on in my headphones to better focus on an exam I was taking and quickly found myself taken aback by the simplicity and beauty of the flood of childhood memories of our church and of my grandparents and of simpler times in a word that didn't seem so cruel and full of hate. After to listening to these Hymns several times with tears in my eyes I then found my way to the comments which I found as equally uplifting and heart-filling, hearing everyone's stories, memories and struggles. Such simple worship music that truly has touched the lives of so many bringing us together. I thank you, like many others, for sharing this. I pray tonight for all those who are hurting, struggling, aging and growing. I rejoice this evening with all who have been touched by these Hymns and who's lives the Lord works in. I’m a cancer patient who is struggling with the financial stress with the treatment costs. I suffer from anxiety, depression and insomnia. Kaleb’s music is what I turn to during the sleepless nights and emotional distressing times.
I'm really upset right now, to the point of tears. 2019 has not been a good year. I lost my mom in January of this year and live in a nursing home with a roommate who doesn't like me listening to hymns all day. Well hymns are God's music to comfort me and that isn't about to change. Praise God for people who play and upload hymns. God bless you.

The Lord has called me to return to Him and I can no longer abide the songs of the world. I find great peace and joy in hearing the old gospel songs of my youth. Used to play double kick drums for death metal band when I was younger, the change was so drastic that I wasn’t allowed to touch music gear for at least a year till the work of God was complete enough to make me never go back, now this is my favorite kind of music. Music can directly influence the Mind of people either towards good or evil,because it passes through the conscious level and active defences of man and resonates inside him in certain frequencies,if music is in Harmony and is used to tranfer peace and good feelings and most of all to Praise God its truly a medicine for the mind and soul.
This is so peaceful and relaxing. Brings me back to my childhood of living with my grandparents who were God fearing people. Now I am bringing up my own children to learn to love God and to serve him. I am so thankful God puts people in our lives to help shape us and equip us for the calling he had placed over our lives.
Just thought I’d share something: my dad was ill (cancer) and, at first, I was praying for him to be healed. Shortly after, it was put into my heart that he wasn’t going to make it so I started to pray for his salvation. The night before he died (and about 8 hours before he went unresponsive), he finally got saved. My sister and I had been trying to lead him to The Lord for over 7 years by that point. He died last November. He wouldn’t have been able to put up with 2020 so he was taken home to The Lord at the right time. Praise the Lord ✝️💛

Mom played piano for our church's worship ministry when I was young and I remember so well her playing these songs--in church as well as at home. That night in September, I played these for her as I crawled in to bed with her. Within minutes, she was resting comfortably in my arms and was able to go to sleep. As hard as it is to think about, I will always cherish the memory of holding my precious Mom until she settled--just the way she held me in her arms, no matter how old I was, until I was comforted. Thank you for this compilation, it means more than anyone knows.

I am just 16 years old and I give my life to Him when I was 14. And I always celebrate every July 20 cause that was the perfect day when Christ came to save me .I maybe a teenager and in our days this kind of song has little appreciation than it should be. Hi Zall is it hard to learn the piano at your age. is there a certain technique you use .I learned from 9 to 15.But gave it up because my Father would only let me play Hymns.He wouldn't let me play Worldly Songs and it was right in the hay day of The Beatles. 1966 to 1973 The hay days of Johnny Cash, Kris Kristofferson etcetc. and the seekers Abba. So I went on strike for so far 43 yes.You just inspired me

I had the joy of playing and singing for the folks at retirement and assisted living centers as well as homes for Alzheimer patients and was blessed beyond description. Because of the progression of my wife's dementia into Alzheimer I was only able to do this a couple of years. I hope you are able to accomplish your goal and begin receiving the blessings it will bring real soon. Don't wait so long for proficiency as you can be a blessing without it.

My grandma went home to be with Jesus last night at the age of 95. She was a very strong woman of faith. She was a pastor's wife for most of her life and raised a family of seven children. No family is perfect and her's wasn't either...they experienced grief and lose and challenges but she gave so much to her family and to God in her lifetime. These songs remind me of her singing and playing piano - she loved music so much!! Because of her we always sang our prayers at family gatherings. Praying her legacy will continue to be celebrated and remembered by the generations to come and that our faith may also be as strong. Jesus may we be strong enough to carry on the faith of those who went before!

I am 34 and sitting at the firehouse listening to these beautiful timeless Hymns that cause me to reflect upon the Lord's work in my life and the lives of my family members. I initially put this on in my headphones to better focus on an exam I was taking and quickly found myself taken aback by the simplicity and beauty of the flood of childhood memories of our church and of my grandparents and of simpler times in a word that didn't seem so cruel and full of hate. After to listening to these Hymns several times with tears in my eyes I then found my way to the comments which I found as equally uplifting and heart-filling, hearing everyone's stories, memories and struggles. Such simple worship music that truly has touched the lives of so many bringing us together. I thank you, like many others, for sharing this. I pray tonight for all those who are hurting, struggling, aging and growing. I rejoice this evening with all who have been touched by these Hymns and who's lives the Lord works in. Used to play double kick drums for death metal band when I was younger, the change was so drastic that I wasn’t allowed to touch music gear for at least a year till the work of God was complete enough to make me never go back, now this is my favorite kind of music. Reminds me of the new life God gave me.

Music can directly influence the Mind of people either towards good or evil,because it passes through the conscious level and active defences of man and resonates inside him in certain frequencies,if music is in Harmony and is used to tranfer peace and good feelings and most of all to Praise God its truly a medicine for the mind and soul.

This is so peaceful and relaxing. Brings me back to my childhood of living with my grandparents who were God fearing people. Now I am bringing up my own children to learn to love God and to serve him. I am so thankful God puts people in our lives to help shape us and equip us for the calling he had placed over our lives.

Just thought I’d share something: my dad was ill (cancer) and, at first, I was praying for him to be healed. Shortly after, it was put into my heart that he wasn’t going to make it so I started to pray for his salvation. The night before he died (and about 8 hours before he went unresponsive), he finally got saved. My sister and I had been trying to lead him to The Lord for over 7 years by that point. He died last November. He wouldn’t have been able to put up with 2020 so he was taken home to The Lord at the right time. Praise the Lord ✝️💛

This is error. The bible never speaks of TWO REAPINGS. There is only one rapture, it's the very loud, very public, the dead in Christ are resurrected, SECOND COMING. That's it. If you are not part of the harvest in the 2nd coming, you are lost.
