Also, I wonder what it was like for all who worked there to learn they were out of business and or a job with little or no notice. Thank you so much for this video.
Such a nice place! It looks a bit like one of those typical scenes from end times movies: abandoned stores, deserted streets, empty bars with cups, glasses, cutlery and plates seemingly used for only a few moments before the people, patrons and staff, disappeared, perhaps hunted by monsters, abducted by aliens or escaped because of a chemical, biological or nuclear attack and then died in their hiding places.
I wish I was born before the electronic revolution. Being born in 2002 I’ve always felt out of place considering if you don’t have social media the chances of meeting people are extremely reduced. I wish I was in a time where the idea of a day with someone was just sitting in a park knowing I’m truly alone with someone. The communications people have to anyone from anywhere really takes you out of what’s in front of you.
@Jake Folk Almost feels like I can’t talk to one person without them texting there whole friend group after. No words are sacred because the ability to communicate is so easy. I feel like I always have to watch what I say because I never know how many people are actually hearing me.

What a beautiful place, I love it, it's so retro, what a shame it's been abandoned. It just needs a bit of TLC and some elbow grease. I would love this place near me, someone go and rescue it please, it's stunning. Thank you for sharing.
That is a former Boomerangs Diner!!! Still open in parts of Oklahoma and maybe Arkansas. I don't know about other states!! The design is part of their concept. One can see the shape of boomerangs in the different colors on the tabletop. IF it had horrible reviews it was due to poor management, because it has a decent menu and great food when operated right!
I'm surprised I didn't see critters like bugs or even gnats buzzing around the soda/coffee area. Nice to see a CD jukebox instead of those weird digital ones!
You might want to log into that counties Department of health website. The place appears to have been closed abruptly which would suggest a serious violation was found. Given the reputation of Denny's I would not be shocked, their food is awful! I do hope someone with vision buys the place, I've been in a few diners like that were the food was excellent.
@@windsofmarchjourneyperrytr2823 That usually depends upon where it's located. But it is true that some places are more lax than other's. It also depends upon the degree of the offense. Minor easily fixed problems though noted will be waived upon immediate correction, though if a return inspection finds the same minor offenses repeated it will weigh against them. The Rat situation usually calls for an inspection to determine if the rodents have taken up residency, if it's discovered that the rodents arrived with a shipment of food, the place is given 24 hours to discard the contaminated shipment, clean up the place and make sure that it is clear of any further unwanted guest, if the rat's are found to have taken up residency in the building, the place is to remain closed until all vermin have been eliminated, any potential entrances for them have been sealed, and the Resturant is cleaned and purged of any potentially contamined food and passes a follow up inspection. At least that's the way it's supposed to work. Again, it depends upon where it's located.
OMG that countertop... my family home still has that in the kitchen to this day. I feel a mighty urge to clean the place... Ah... the water... yeah I dunno if one would need a filter or what to fix the place up and open it again.
My favorite railroad type diner was at the intersection of Wellwood Ave and Merrick Rd in Lindenhurst next to Werners bowling 🎳 alley where I worked 5 years part time. That Greek owner made the best hamburgers 🍔 with a pickle 😋! YUM!!!
When you showed us the kitchen, I thought, 'oh, one too many inspections', but yeah, that water report, the inspector probably came in, posted it, and shut them down right then.
it looks like it is in Yuma AZ. the one place that you should check out is the 59er Diner outside of Leavenworth WA. that place had a fire and everything was destroyed but it has been rebuilt with everything replaced in it.

Glad visitors haven't smashed up the crockery as seen at most abandoned restaurants/hotels
What a beautiful place, I love it, it's so retro, what a shame it's been abandoned. It just needs a bit of TLC and some elbow grease. I would love this place near me, someone go and rescue it please, it's stunning. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome job on this exploration!
The siren at 7:00 scared me. I thought the tornado sirens were going off by my house 😂
Amazing. Might be my favorite so far
I love this video ... Good job doing it ❤️❤️❤️
awesome place sad to see these kind of places go to plot i would love to have the juke box Glad the place wasnt damage from vandalizers
The looming golden arches in the background in the opening says it all.
Just what I needed for my next blender project
Imagine not reading the sign carefully and supposing it's already abandoned. 0:10
They'll almost NEVER close you permanently. I've read things like DEAD RODENTS found. They STILL give them a 2nd chance!
I agree the food is rotten

Is this in Alabama? I m trying to see if this is the one my husband and I went to when we first met.
OMG that countertop... my family home still has that in the kitchen to this day.
I feel a mighty urge to clean the place...
Ah... the water... yeah I dunno if one would need a filter or what to fix the place up and open it again.
Looks like an abandoned Johhny Rocket's franchise. A great nostalgic place to eat. Went out of business in Hoover,Alabama
Thankx guys. Beautiful fine and video.
Thank You Emperor For Sharing This Beautiful Video Vlog
We are visiting Texas from England and just had breakfast at Denny's this morning 😊
My favorite railroad type diner was at the intersection of Wellwood Ave and Merrick Rd in Lindenhurst next to Werners bowling 🎳 alley where I worked 5 years part time. That Greek owner made the best hamburgers 🍔 with a pickle 😋! YUM!!!
The jukebox 😍
When you showed us the kitchen, I thought, 'oh, one too many inspections', but yeah, that water report, the inspector probably came in, posted it, and shut them down right then.
This place really reminds me of Dolly's here in Princeton WV my hometown!!! Someone needs to reopen it back up!!!
Pretty sure that place is modern just replicated and closed down
Yeah it is. It's pretty obvious. Look at the cheaper quality of decor. That's all China.
This was a good one. Amazing how everything was just left behind. Funny how they didn’t box everything up 🥺
It's a completely staged video.
@@bobdylan1968 it’s still a very enjoyable video. Some urbex videos are really poor quality 🤨
Those ceilings are back in style and are done in people’s homes now too.
I don't like that they hide water damage.
There’s a Denny’s like that around here, I can’t imagine the place that opened after Denny’s being worse than Denny’s.
Man it must be really vibing dinning in a diner in the 50s
So many diners just like this in the Fallout series. Crazy to see. The air raid siren insert really gave it that feel lmao.
it looks like it is in Yuma AZ. the one place that you should check out is the 59er Diner outside of Leavenworth WA. that place had a fire and everything was destroyed but it has been rebuilt with everything replaced in it.
Title: "Everything eerily left behind."
Sign on door: Closed for improvements.
🤣
I saw this dinner in a mall that was opened [ONLY IN ORLANDO]
Jurassic World on that Dr. Pepper bottle. That was 2015. Must of been abandoned sometime in mid 2015
I see you didn't watch the whole video then commented thoughts that were debunked by the end of the video, good for you for having no idea what your talking about, but still have the pride to post your thoughts.
My bad it looks like it closed in 2018 according to the calendar
