- We are so busy running here and there, sometimes not even sure that we accomplished a thing throughout the entire day. We can become overwhelmed and not very productive when we are burdened down with all the thoughts and cares of the world. Finding a time to just be quiet and reflective for just a few moments of your day might surprise you as you go about the day to day repetitive activities that can get us down.

Josie, this is the perfect video for me tonight! Long life story.....I'm 63 years old. Anyway, for the first time in my adult life, I'm doing something for me. Booked an Airbnb on a 200 acre farm. Leaving in the morning....THANK you for reminding me that my quiet time doesn't have to be a problem solving time. The weight of many on my shoulders....I'm hoping to come back with peace and strength to continue helping those that count on me. And, my most exciting part, I plan to travel on to Pastor Lon's church nearby on Sunday. His RUclips channel is Homesteading Pastor. 🙏🤞❤️Thank you Josie!

As the years go by i find myself taking more quiet time and just basking in what the Lord is doing.
I value what I call my alone time.
I feel like those are the times when I can hear the whisperings of the spirit most. It helps me be a better mom.

I've been needing this Conversation lately! This world or my little spot with Dr. appts. & my inability to get places without depending on someone else health issues grown children issues & just feeling uncertain of where you fit at this time in life and wanting just TO ENJOY LIFE!! I still have to find or MAKE THE time in my busy head & day to say life to SHUT OFF THE MERRY GO ROUND AND GET QUITE BEFORE THE LORD!! I have No Privacy outside that I long for..Pray for Me Josie or Others to Not feel a burden to Anyone & to be Able to have a quite time ❤ God Bless You All there ALWAYS LOVE YOU JOSIE I HOPE I MADE SENSE!!😢❤

Such a beautiful, peaceful place today. I sit on my porch with my morning coffee, listening to the birds, praising the Lord for the beauty of His world, contemplating my day -- it brings my world into prospective.

I live 3 miles from the lake now Lake Eufaula, but I used to live in Talihina actually between the mountain and the river. The car meet you river over there by the old bridge which now is a new bridge I love it there. I miss it very much and I’m trying to look for property move back in those, wonderful valley between the mountain and the river very good neighbors who are mostly gone, but it is a lovely place in Southeast Oklahoma the minute I get to Valley and open my windows it just smells clean and pine and nice. I miss it very much you’re very lucky. I do have 10 acres here and I live alone. My daughter lives nearby and I see her almost every day she checks on me, but I have very peaceful life. Also, I have my dogs in my chickens and I do a very small garden and I’m OK OK.
I am also widow and my quickly found out that being a widow you mostly have to do anything for yourself. I don’t count on anyone unless I absolutely have to. The Lord provides always for me. I need not thank you, Lord.
