Yes! We have her teaching we us 2-3 times a week and now we are so happy to finally put together this course not to mention she will be at my intensives very soon 🥰
Yes! Yes! Yes! I found a director that started me out in this after a car accident. She gave me my life back. She had me doing Fuentes (sp?) Again. I didn't know what she was teaching on the floor would do for my floor routines. It was like my own karate kid experience. I very much recommend this!!!!!!
I didn’t realize my muscles are 3D and not 2D until I started doing barre. I can’t wait to try floor barre! My inner thigh muscles are dormant and I’d love to improve them. Thank you for sharing this.😊
Floor barre is my bread and butter for everything from running to ballet It saved my knees early on in my ballet training and it was the only way I was able to activate my core the right Edit: my barre work is as effective as how well my floor barre is, cause then I can make sure every tendu or jete or extension is coming from my core and not from some distal portion of my limb

I've been taking floor barre clases for like 4 months and Im having INCREDIBLE results. It's all about having the right teacher, and being consistent, then it just works like magic ❤️🔥🩰
