I stopped playing miner after dagger duchess release. I used to main miner wall breaker evo knight. And right after I unlocked evo for wall breaker after months of saving shards duchess just killed it. I main x-bow now coz I refuse to cross the bridge towards the duchess.

Honestly Void was kinda made just to crutch Dagger Duchess, it brings the exact same thing about: extreme burst damage that does better against single targets but can be good against smaller swarms as well. It's a 3-elixir duchess-in-a-bottle, essentially.
"but why would it crutch duchess if it does the same thing as her?" Because her burst can deal with all low-elixir pushes easily. Once late-game starts, she needs a crutch in comparison to cannoneer and princess, whose defensive capabilities stay the same throughout the duration of the match. Duchess runs out of daggers quickly, and when she does she turns into something less than half as effective as a princess tower. Void crutches by giving duchess breathing room late-game. It's pretty much what it was built for.
Nah I fully agree with you, Void+Duchess together completely invalidate 90% of cards in the game. Whatever beats duchess, loses to void. Whatever beats void, is crap against duchess
