In this Rhino Enscape tutorial, we are going to talk about the best practices to prepare your models in Rhino, how to organize your layers and how to quickly apply materials within Rhino. On top of that, we’re also going to be talking about texture mapping and some cool quick tricks you can use to apply texture mapping to your whole model.
Enscape is a rendering engine that can be used with Rhino and it has a really nice application when it comes to using it with VR as well as possibilities to export animations and static images. Enscape also has its own library of models that are ready to be used and imported in Rhino with a single click.

This solves my big obstacles. Thanks a lot!!!
You're welcome Ping :)
Hey thx nice video.
In 3:30 why do you assign materials to the objects and not to the layers? could save you alot of time and hassle - if you need to change layers and such.
You're welcome Danel! Yes, that works as well, I just got used to doing it this way I guess :)
Hey, thanks for the video, but I have a question; How did you get the menu on your rhino screen. The menu that has the 'tune materials in the project' button on it? Jake :)
yes i need this too!
Thanks Nicolas, for the support, we're very happy to hear that you're satisfied with our content!

Happy to help Rafael :D
THANKS A LOT !!!
Hey Chris, you're welcome :)
This is very helpful. Btw, can you show How to Create Lighting in Enscape for Rhino too?
Hey Hien, great suggestion. We can definitely do that :) Anything else you had in mind?
@@HowtoRhino this is a good one to make. Lighting in rhino with enscape is strange and buggy in my experience. Would love to see how you do it
Good one!
Thanks :D
Hello. Have you modeled the joints? Can't, you just apply a texture to achieve this effect?
great channel
Thanks for the support Adam!
Hi, thanks for the great tutorial. I was wondering where do you download the materials, because you use the same texture in albedo, bump, etc. ? Thanks again. I've subscribed!
Hi Gun, you're welcome. Glad it was helpful. I don't download materials, I make them, all you need is a good texture and you can make the material out of it. Check our other video on 5 best websites for textures ;)
@@HowtoRhino Oh thats a great info, thank you so much!
Hi, thx for the video. Can I know how you make the segment line on the pavings? Thank you.
Hi Max, you can see that here ruclips.net/video/IfjmpVOO1UQ/видео.html

Hey Enrico. What kind of Rhino's library are you referring to? Library of what?
Good work!
Thanks Max :)

Great content ;D
Thanks Gabrielle :D
is there a way to lock the material mapping so that it dosnt stretch?? can you lock wqs mapping?
You'd have to set up the texture mapping in Rhino first and then push it to Enscape, then it wouldn't be stretched.
Nice shareee
Sure, glad you like it :)
i download enscape but i cant find it in rhino, how can i find enscape in rhino?
Right click on the gray space on any toolbar, then show toolbar and pick Enscape :)
How much GB is your graphic card?
8 gb :)
Too much time consuming things... Enscape is powerful engine but needs to be more simple to use like lumion or twinmotion. There are several steps just to do simple function. Its wasting time. Anyway good tutorial thanks :)
Hey Burak,
Sure, I hear you out. There are both pluses and minuses with each software. There will be some tutorials on Lumion and Twinmotion in the future as well :D
