Hi, i'm not sure if this off topic, i recently bought a japanese manga, and tried learn Japanese from there, i barely can read yet, 🤣 but there's this phrase 'すごい盛リ上がつている' how to read this one ? I tried google translate but the voice over said different thing from what written😅 (i hope i make sense), help me pleasee.. and thank you in advance !

I'm currently learning Japanese, and it has been 3 months. To be honest, I am quite happy with my progress. However, when I listen to videos in which I can't understand 90% of the words, I get discouraged 🥲. I know I'm asking for a lot, but I really want someone who can speak to me in Japanese, even though I won't be able to understand anything. I also want to practice speaking in Japanese, even though my knowledge is limited. However, I feel really embarrassed when I speak Japanese in front of a native speaker because I'm not good at it 😢. Can anyone be my language partner and help me improve my Japanese pronunciation or at least help me learn enough to communicate more freely?
P.S : I've tried several apps to find a language partner, but I haven't been successful.
