Not necessarily it’s a lot of rng. Sell white and green mats and only use blue and higher. Make sure you are using the upgrades too for higher legendary chances

You can switch your demonic relic in the smith area and reset it you will get your stuff back and can use it on your seal again

Yeah the further into conquest the more relics unlock
When do you use braclet in your ability Order ?
I took it off but I was using it in the beginning after my first seal
