If you are at a point where you consider yourself a whale or you want to "whale out", if you're magica it is actually better for you to go after demon rather than deity. The armor + bell combination on the demon path is absolutely busted and if you have the resources to afford getting 2 very expensive demonfae relics at the same time, you should absolutely pick demon and get that combo because there really isn't anything in the game that can deal with that combination.

I've noticed that Divinity has Dominion Scroll for corporia users and i wonder, is it good as mace does? I mean some magicka demons will ignore hp shield too.
For most people no it won’t be as good. The scroll gets better over each round it is used. You will have to survive through several casting rounds before it reaches peak performance. That’s only possible for whales at end game. Most duels and battles end way before even a second round of abilities and relics casting.
