Dig it, nive to see studios that aren't these huge build outs with insane budgets. I'm wondering what the dimensions of both your rooms are? I am in the process of figuring out what I want to do with a space I have in my basement. I've got the potential to do a 9 ft x 3.5 ft tracking or guitar/bass cab room with room for vocals and then a 10 x 15 ft control room where I can put my hardware and small console. My issue is what to do with my drums.. I guess I set them up in the larger room but am also considering having one bigger live room and then a small control room. Interested in what size that control room of yours is.
