I walked in and then my eyes adjusted and suddenly there were glowing eyes EVERYWHERE along every wall. Needless to say I ran right out of there, but I’ve long since gotten over that fear.
Yo pixel if you update the one who watches make it so he can climb so its scarier and you cant just build up to avoid him, obviously if you have like a box or a house that you’re in he can climb the walls of it if theres an opening at the top
I’d also like to exclude the One Who Watches myself. It’s a decent mod, but I’d prefer the buildup of the Cave Dweller. Plus, I feel it would be better to leave the surface, as well as day in general, a time of relative peace, as that can allow the impact of the horror to hit much harder.

As of right now, it doesn’t even need the player to trigger it by looking at it or looking away. It just attacks. Even the Man From the Fog, one of the earliest copies of the Cave Dweller, managed to make itself more unique. Now, the Man From the Fog requires you to go out and actively find him to prevent it from attacking, rather than it just being a weird version of SCP-096. Its mod even adds a few new things to it that make it a better addition to gameplay. It also doesn’t just spawn right next to you wherever; it only spawns on the surface, in the Overworld, at night. Thats a good set of restrictions for a mob designed the way it is. The One Who Watches has none of that. It can spawn wherever and whenever, which is more annoying than scary. It has little to no buildup, so there’s no rising tension created unless you actually spot the thing, but even then, it only appears to attack you, so you will end up expecting it anyway. The way it can appear standing or hanging from a cave ceiling is a good concept, but because of its functions, the artistic aspects are sort of dragged down with it.
The weeping angels add a lot of tension when you're in some trouble, especially when you're getting chased or mining. Some minor adjustments just need to be made. I'd say they should remove the "Cave Dweller Reimagined" since its just another terrible dweller mod that doesn't do its original concept any justice...
Scary Level for each phase: 1: Moderate (This makes eveything spooky. The least scariest) 2: Scary (This adds structures, creatures, eyes and Herobrine) 3: Haunted (This level adds more structures, makes the spiders scary and adds the Cave Dweller, so there are jumpscares) 4: Hellish (The scariest level of all time. This adds more scary structures, like the graveyard, makes the night longer, adds weeping angels and the Dweller is now at the world (by the mod: The One Who Watches).)

Meh, many of the "modern" spooky mods miss the point entirely. Monsters that just constantly show themselves and hunt / attack you gets repetetive Fast and annoying.
One half of me really wants to go back to minecraft with all of these mods active. This brings life into a game I thought had died in my life so long ago. The other half of me really doesn't want to think about my laptop exploding/over-heating, nor about how much a high-end PC would cost to be build just to run all those mods at once. I'm not sure what it was, but the mod is on 1:54; you might be able to look through there for the music. It might be that he edited it in, but that is highly unlikely.
The last time I got really really scared was when I was testing the "Grue" mod for minecraft. You should give it a try. I was dumb enough to use it together with total darkness.😬
You should add the Parasite mod. The mod is the scariest shit I have ever seen. You think a sheep or a villager is fine and normal until it opens its fourth jaw and swallows you whole.
