I personally think that Wizarding world were Scared of Voldemort well because he had a legit army and was literally killing anyone who did not believe him also because no one tried to tackle him like dumbledore so he didn't have that much competition because they were afraid of dying.
People relax other non english speaking countries do not know everything about your shows only the most famous and i dont think this one is as famous here as harry Potter since no one i asked knew about it
