Samidella idella this is probably not her idea because most older women prefer using ingredients already known to them or what they have used in the past...creating this dish using BREAD was other people's idea..and i mostly think...dishes which are not traditionally made are suggested by others....while amma master the traditional stuff...which i expect they would upload more

My aunt used to make it. She is no longer with us but she used to love cooking. She used to feed everyone who visited her home. She used to put the bread on a muslin cloth, top if with potato mixture fold the bread and then twist the muslin cloth. That would remove excess moisture from the bread so it would absorb less oil and at the same time making sure that the mixture would be sealed properly without the bread having any tears in it
