What is the difference between a convection oven and a conventional oven?

Convection can be algo gas, the fans will work with electricity I am pretty sure. Thanks again!!

This is a good question! I actually didn't know the different myself! Maybe the convection oven is better for the consistency with heat then. 🤔 They were flatter also all around. Good information 😊
