Heart at Work: Maui wildfires, one year later

The community of Lahaina embodies togetherness-it's close-knit, it's ohana, it's warmth. On August 8th, 2023, wildfires fueled by strong winds spread across West Maui, Hawaii. Seventy-five percent of CVS colleagues at the Lahaina location lost their homes, and if they didn't lose property, their family or friends did. Tragically, some even lost loved ones.
One year later, we celebrate the heart and resilience that the Lahaina community and our #TeamCVS colleagues have shown in making the best of a tragic situation.
