    Would 60 fps and at least 1080p be possible with i5-9300H + gtx1050 3gb + 32gb ram?

Is possible. The lowest GPU I have is a Gtx 1660 super. Plus, running the game at 4k used a lot of VRAM, around 7 to 8 GB. 1080p and under will use close to 3GB. So adjust your resolution scale threshold and output scaling to get the best results.

i don't think there is any chance of 60 fps with that hardware
