12:59 "Elsa reverts back to her emo phase." I laughed so hard, omg. And after, I just imagined Elsa locked in her room which is completely frozen while listening to My Chemical Romance and 2005 Panic! At The Disco.
In Olaf’s Frozen Adventure in the first song Anna and Elsa sing “first Christmas in forever since we opened up the gates”. To me this means that the adventure took place a few months after the first movie. The. Frozen Fever takes place a year later after the first movie on Anna’s birthday
I think that means that there have been many Christmas’ since they opened up the gate, but that this one feels like it’s been forever since the last one. Also, the events that happen in Frozen 1 are 3 years after their parents boat sinks, while the events that happen in Frozen 2 are 6 years after their boat sinks.
That wasn't the only mistake. In OFA as Olaf goes through the houses one girl is lighting the last candle of her menorah and the only year Christmas day and the last day of Hanukkah coincide is 1843 so this whole timeline is thrown off whack because of it
Ok, so then the timeline is probably this: Frozen: Spring Frozen Fever: Summer (same year) OFA: Winter (same year) Frozen 2: Fall (three years after Frozen)
0:36 A map in Frozen II found in the remains of the ship of the parents of Anna and Elsa shows the same year, so this method of determining the timeline doesn't work. I have used a different method and came up with the following timeline: Spring 1812: start of the war between the Arendellians and the Northuldra. The fog barrier aroud the Enchanted Forest is put up 21 December 1821: Birth of Elsa 21 June 1825: Birth of Anna 1830: Ballroom accident. Anna's memories of Elsa's powers are removed. The castle gates are closed. Elsa starts living in isolation 7 November 1840: Agnarr and Iduna leave Arendelle to sail to Ahtohallan with the cover story of going to the coronation of king William II of the Netherlands 14 November 1840: A storm hits the Southern Sea. Agnarr and Iduna would have been there according to their cover story and are therfore declared dead 28 November 1840: Coronation of king William II of the Netherlands July 1843: Coronation of queen Elsa of Arendelle. Elsa accidently sets of a winter over Arendelle, which she is only able to lift after Anna's act of true love. The gates are opened December 1843: The first Christmas in forever since the gates of Arendelle castle have been opened; Olaf's Frozen Adventure 21 June 1844: Anna's 19th birthday Autumn 1846: Elsa and Anna journey to the Enchanted Forest. The fog barrier is taken down after 34 years, 5 months and 23 days. Elsa stays in the Enchanted Forest and Anna becomes queen of Arendelle I determined this timeline by starting with the year on the map Anna found in the waterproof container aboard the ship of her parents. It said MDCCCXL or 1840, so Anna's parents had to have left Arendelle in 1840 or later. Since they left with a cover story that resulted in Anna and Elsa being informed their ship had sank in a storm on the Southern Sea, there had to be a storm there at the time they were supposed to be there according to their cover story. Otherwise, they wouldn't have been declared dead, just missing. This narrowed the possibilities. I went to look for a Southern Sea that could be reached from Southern Norway (as that is where Arendelle is, as explicitly mentioned in the song 'That time of year' from 'Olaf's Frozen Adventure') within a week (as Anna said "See you in two weeks" when her parents left). The map in 'Frozen Fever' shows the sea south of Arendelle is called Nordsøen or North Sea. This suggests to look south of the North Sea, but today no Southern Sea is to be found there. That is because one that did exist was turned into a lake when a dam called the Afsluitdijk in the Netherlands was built in 1932. Before that, there was a Zuyderzee or Southern Sea there, of which the entire coast belonged to the kingdom of the Netherlands. So at the time Agnarr and Iduna set sail there was a Southern Sea in the Kingdom of the Netherlands. It was located about 800 km (500 miles) away, which fits the 1-week time frame. So their cover story must have been that they were going to the kingdom of the Netherlands. I went to look for events in the Netherlands in the 1800s after 1840 that would be convenient as a cover for Agnarr and Iduna, given that they were going to Ahtohallan to look for answers to questions as to how to help Elsa gain control over her powers. Those wouldn't be events that would be predetermined long in advance, otherwise they would have picked events closer to home so they could have more control over the planning. The events I found were the coronation of king William II in 1840, the coronation of king William III in 1849 and the coronation of queen Wilhelmina in 1898. It doesn't seem believable to travel to Ahtohallan with an 58 year old map, so I dismissed the latter option. The second option I dismissed because that coronation happened in late spring, well outside the storm season of the Souther Sea. The 1840 coronation took place in late autumn, so during the storm season. Therefore the coronation of king William II of the Netherlands was almost certainly used as the cover story for the journey to Ahtohallan. However, researching the weather in the weeks leading up to the coronation revealed that the last storm before the coronation on 28 November happened on 14 November. This would create the question why the cover story would be believable if it would have resulted in Iduna and Agnarr arriving two weeks early for the coronation ceremony. The answer is probably that Agnarr and Iduna didn't want to miss the coronation and faked that they had made a mistake, so they would have the time to go to Ahtohallan and still return in time to go to the coronation after all. So their full cover story was that they wanted to attend the coronation of king William II of the Netherlands, but had made a mistake as to what date it was. Therefore they set sail so they would be at the Southern Sea on 14 November, so 7 November would be the date they set sail. Now that I had determined that point in time, I could work forward from there. According to the title card after the end of 'Do you want to build a snowman' Elsa's coronation took place 3 years later, so in 1843. When Elsa had set off the winter, Oaken commented "Quite a howler in July", so those events took place in July 1843. It is also mentioned outside the films that Elsa was born on the winter solstice and Anna on the summer solstice, that Elsa was 21 and Anna 18, so from there it is possible to determine the days they were born: 21 December 1821 and 21 June 1825. The ballroom accident is mentioned outside the films to have happened when Elsa was 8 and Anna was 5, so somewhere between 21 June 1830 and 21 December 1830. Then the events from 'Olaf's Frozen Adventure' took place 'The first Christmas in forever since we opened up the gates', so December 1843 and the events of Frozen Fever took place on Anna's 19th birthday on 21 June 1844. Finally, the events of Frozen II took place in autumn 1846. That it is autumn can be seen from the autumn leaves in Arendelle during 'Some things never change' and that it is 1846 can be determined from that it is mentioned outside of the films that Frozen II is set 3 years after Frozen. Given that the fog barrier was in place for 34 years, 5 months and 23 days, it went up in spring 1812.
@- GymnDrawGamia - so basically a troll is to blame for all the stuff that happened in the first movie and not somebody's reckless little sister and FYI I'm well aware Anna was like five years old but still why are people blaming things on the trolls?
12:27 Wrong. 1839 December...ish. "The first Christmas in Forever since we [Elsa and Anna] opened up the gates". Yes, the shorts were not released in chronological order.
Frozen: elsa’s ice powers being hid “Elsa do you wanna build a snowman?” Frozen II: meeting the elements. “Into the unknown!! Frozen III: Anna’s firey powers being hid “Anna do you wanna build a snowman?”
Do you wanna burn* an olaf? He had enough of life anyway! Come lets just do it becaude he wants it! Just why nooooot. Please just do it now, and come with me, so olaf can dieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Continue this in your head
Hans' plan was actually to marry Elsa knowing she's the queen of Arendelle so that he can be king, but Anna was in the spotlight and the story goes on. That was Anna's iconic line to Hans *" You're no match for Elsa "*
I was mad that Hans didn’t really show up in frozen 2. 12:24 never fails to make me laugh. How is no one in the town, questioning why Olaf talks or whatever.
All the definition on Hans: Horrible, Selfish, Killer, assassin and Dirty Liar Olaf: So you cut down trees and cover it's *corpse* with candles..? I love it!
The story takes place in 1839 I do believe. Frozen is based around Scandinavian culture and Norway. Anna was supposed to be named Greta and Kristoff was supposed to be called Kai
Olaf singing "In Summer" translation: "In suicide" Also the part about Elsa reverting back to her "emo" phase, and the part about Kristoff's sled blowing up... "As sleds tend to do" Made me want to die of laughter."
I'm glad you acknowledged the shorts; I might have missed it, but other than the Snowgies, nothing about the shorts were referenced in Frozen 2. The sisters had some heartfelt moments both in Fever and Adventure; I mean, one is about Anna's first birthday after opening up the gates AND Adventure is about Christmas that same year. Would have been nice to see some frozen memories of those in Ahtohallan. But then again, I'm one of the few that likes Olaf's Frozen Adventure so who knows? Great vid though!
If Frozen Fever is set almost a year after Frozen wouldn't they have already had a Christmas before Anna's birthday making Olaf's Frozen Adventure in December 1839 before Frozen Fever I don't think a Marshmallow showed up
@Jaseyboy685 You are right. Frozen, Frozen Fever & Olaf's Frozen Adventure all take place in 1839, Frozen takes place in Early Summer/Late Spring. (Probably May.) Anna's birthday is in Summer Solstice (Confirmed by the director) so Frozen Fever takes place in June. And OFA takes place in December (obvi) lol. Crazy to think OFA takes place after 4 days later of Elsa's birthday since she was born in winter solstice.
@@blandsalsa8796 No, Frozen takes place in July, it is SAID that it's July by Mr. Wandering Oaken at least in the german language (he says sth. like "what a storm, even though it's July", i can't recall what his line was in english), so that means OFA takes place in the first winter after frozen and Frozen Fever takes place after that winter in the next spring, that's the only possible way
I agree if Hans had kissed her and then nothing happens and the the "oh Anna" it's better because he stole her first kiss and it isn't even love and she thinks it would be the only kiss because she's about to die
I literally UGH I love these movies SO MUCHHH I was reminded how much I love frozen. I’m in 8th grade and I guess I’m supposed to think I’m to cool (pun intended) for these “kids movies” but NO FROZEN IS THE BEST SERIES ON PERIODDDDT.
Did you realize, when Olaf took the spike and looked to see Kristoff coming, he said, “huh, I guess he doesn’t love you enough to leave you behind” because Hans left her behind.. she thought he loved her.. and yeah.
I think if Anna when they were little didn’t go that fast and listened to Elsa to SLOW DOWN Elsa’s castle wouldn’t be there or the Freeze/ snow on Arendale.
Olaf's frozen adventure takes place prior to Fever and that's why: Anna's birthday is in the day of Summer Solstice (21st of June). In Frozen 1 Oaken says: A real howler in July, yes? So, Anna's 18th birthday was a month before F1. In Olaf's Frozen Adventure Elsa says to Anna that it's their first real Christmas together. So it takes place the same year as Frozen 1 only on December 25th. That means in Fever they celebrate Anna's 19th birthday. So FF is after OFA.
They should make a modern-time Disney princess animated movie based on how they did with the live-action Princess Diaries movie series. It was set in modern-time (or modern 2000s when the movies were released). They did a high school setting with the secret princess identity, and then the sequel dealt with royal duties and such. It was great!
If Frozen Fever takes place almost a year after Frozen, and Olaf's Frozen Adventure takes place during Anna and Elsa's first X-Mas together, then OFA takes place first.
Frozen:finding Elsa Frozen fever:Elsa's cold Olaf frozen Adventure:Family tridition Frozen 2:Elsa's new power Olaf:Anna, Elsa, swen.... SAMaNtHa? Frozen 3:Finding Samantha 😂😂 Edit:This is A *JOKE*
0:36 - A map in Frozen II found in the remains of the ship of the parents of Anna and Elsa shows the same year (1840) so this method of determining the timeline doesn't work. Given that the fog barrier was in place for 34 years, 5 months and 23 days, it went up in spring 1812. I have used a different method and came up with the following timeline of the Kingdom's reign: 1 - King Runeard (-1812) 2 - King Agnarr (1812-1840) 3 - Queen Elsa (1843-1846) 4 - Queen Anna (1846-)
The timeline is actually a bit off. 1840 Spring is the time Frozen Fever takes place when Anna is 19. Granted that’s the only clue given for a date. So with that we know Frozen mainly takes place a year before making the year July 1839. Elsa of age 21 and Anna 18. We know Elsa was 18 and Anna 15 when their parents ship was lost at sea 3 years before the main story. So that puts the date at 1836. So really the timeline should be: 1818 Elsa was born. 1821 Anna born 3 years later. 1826, Elsa(8) and Anna(5) go to play in the ballroom and that’s when the accident happens. 1836 Parents ship goes down in rough seas. Elsa (18) Anna (15) 1839 Elsa comes of age(21) and crowned Queen. Anna(18) 1839 Olaf’s frozen adventure takes place during winter that same year known from the fact it’s “the first Christmas in forever since we opened up the gates”. 1840 Frozen Fever Anna’s 19 Birthday. 1842 Frozen II takes place. We know from a line Anna says “our parents ship went down in the South Seas 6 years ago. If you have seen Frozen II and have way too much time like I do, you can actually figure out how old the parents were. Agnarr you can get a definitive age. Iduna you kinda have to guess.

Autumn 1846: Elsa and Anna journey to the Enchanted Forest. The fog barrier is taken down after 34 years, 5 months and 23 days. Elsa stays in the Enchanted Forest and Anna becomes queen of Arendelle

Corona means crown in Dora languages
How about no
Elsa:Conseel, dont feel
Me:
Conseel, dont feel dont let them know but now they know let it go
DINO MOBILE seal like the animal
cOnSeEl
DINO MOBILE it is well now they know not but now they know
Turn away and slaaaaaam! The door
11:50 cracked me up when she had to look it up
Me too 😂
"And were all wishing we had Idina Menzel's vocal chops."
Me: Yup.
Hans' plan was actually to marry Elsa knowing she's the queen of Arendelle so that he can be king, but Anna was in the spotlight and the story goes on. That was Anna's iconic line to Hans
*" You're no match for Elsa "*
I was mad that Hans didn’t really show up in frozen 2.
12:24 never fails to make me laugh. How is no one in the town, questioning why Olaf talks or whatever.
1:03 *_gets me everytime_*
this so evil and funny at the same time lol
I was 6 when I watched frozen
I am now 11 when I watched frozen 2. Wait Disney....I DON'T WANNA WAIT ANOTHER 5 YEARS
It's 6 years. Frozen came out in 2013.
2:29 corona!? The virus that is a viral right now!? XD there kingdom has corona!?😂
Yes that is correct😂😂😂
No, bruh I'm dispointed
All the definition on Hans:
Horrible, Selfish, Killer, assassin and Dirty Liar
Olaf:
So you cut down trees and cover it's *corpse* with candles..? I love it!
He's a bad guy but atlese he doesn't exploit women's bodies
But tried to murdered the queen
Exuse me..?
The story takes place in 1839 I do believe. Frozen is based around Scandinavian culture and Norway. Anna was supposed to be named Greta and Kristoff was supposed to be called Kai
yes
Olaf singing "In Summer"
translation: "In suicide"
Also the part about Elsa reverting back to her "emo" phase, and the part about Kristoff's sled blowing up...
Wandering Oaken at least in the german language (he says sth. like "what a storm, even though it's July", i can't recall what his line was in english), so that means OFA takes place in the first winter after frozen and Frozen Fever takes place after that winter in the next spring, that's the only possible way
@@Marie-zn3sb hmm makes sense.
12:54 Else's face here was like one of the funniest faces I've EVER seen😅😂😂😂😂😂
BTW I CANNOT be the ONLY one who thinks this😅😅
"even Rapunzel and Eugene visit from their palace in Corona"
2:26
who is watching this in 2020
with the whole Corona Virus thing going around...
OMG 1:03 I can't stop laughing because sound effects 🤣🤦♀️
The commentary was pretty frickin great
11:28 omg the edit *dab* 😂😂😂😂
Coldest place on the planet, they know that ice cold is cooler than being cool
Do The Complete Timeline of The (2012) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Yes I like that idea
Yes
What the flowers is "teenage mutant giant turtuls???
11:29 That caught me off guard 😂
I agree if Hans had kissed her and then nothing happens and the the "oh Anna" it's better because he stole her first kiss and it isn't even love and she thinks it would be the only kiss because she's about to die
I literally UGH I love these movies SO MUCHHH I was reminded how much I love frozen. I’m in 8th grade and I guess I’m supposed to think I’m to cool (pun intended) for these “kids movies” but NO FROZEN IS THE BEST SERIES ON PERIODDDDT.
Frozen1:finding Elsa
Frozen2:Finding the Voice
Frozen3:FINDING SAMANTHA
Did you realize, when Olaf took the spike and looked to see Kristoff coming, he said, “huh, I guess he doesn’t love you enough to leave you behind” because Hans left her behind.. she thought he loved her.. and yeah.
So elsa makes things made of ice snow and water. So every dress Elsa poofed up in Let it go and Frozen fever is made of ice or water.
Olaf's summary of the two movies were much better.😂😂
I think if Anna when they were little didn’t go that fast and listened to Elsa to SLOW DOWN Elsa’s castle wouldn’t be there or the Freeze/ snow on Arendale.
Ikr
2:54 gosh those side burns and that
Nose am I right 😂😂😂
1:49 Im sorry but that do you want to build a snowman cover was not okay 😂
Frozen 2 is here now! PLEASE MAKE THE FROZEN TIMELINE WITH FROZEN 2 PLEASE!!!
This was hilarious and informative! I loved the sound effects and laughed really hard at some of them.
"More popsicle than person." 😂😂😂
I love all the editing noises and the funny things she says throughout the video lol!!
Edit: also, its Brunei :)
8:19 had me so dead 🤣
why is this so accurate and funny
Amazing video about the FROZEN movie timeline
I love you channel frederator!!💗💗
The editing at the beginning is everything 😂
Olaf's frozen adventure takes place prior to Fever and that's why:
Anna's birthday is in the day of Summer Solstice (21st of June).
I would have been happy when you make this when frozen 3 comes out but whatever this is fine :D
Hey, happy to see Arielle back doing work for you guys.
There is a mistake. Olaf’s frozen adventure is december 1839. It is not 1840. Because it were their first Christmas, not the second one.
So what is the real age Anna and Elsa?
Frozen:elsa's coronation
Frozen fever:anna's birthday
Olaf's frozen adventure:Christmas
Frozen 2:enchanted forest
👇🏻. 👇🏻
Awesome
I love you too Frederator!
Very very very odd question but..........
Did Elsa ever eat????Does she need to eat?,?
Can atleast one Disney princess movie take place in modern time
But princesses don't exist in modern time anymore
Sweet Candie they do
Princess Vanelope
Princess and the Frog is the closest. She's the only Disney Princess to have her story take place in the 20th Century.
They should make a modern-time Disney princess animated movie based on how they did with the live-action Princess Diaries movie series. It was set in modern-time (or modern 2000s when the movies were released). They did a high school setting with the secret princess identity, and then the sequel dealt with royal duties and such. It was great!
This is my favorite!!!!!!! Movie!!!!!!!! Love it🥰🥰😍🥰😍😍🥰😍
I loved this video, the speaker has amazing skills! But, yeah it's more of a summary than just a timeline. Anyway, keep rocking!
Highkey held off on watching this video until watching the movie, not realizing it came out before the movie. Good recap!
Anna is more popsicle than person😂😂😂
If Frozen Fever takes place almost a year after Frozen, and Olaf's Frozen Adventure takes place during Anna and Elsa's first X-Mas together, then OFA takes place first.
I dont know why this channel is funny
I’m watching Frozen 2 to day
Frozen:finding Elsa
Frozen fever:Elsa's cold
Olaf frozen Adventure:Family tridition
Frozen 2:Elsa's new power
Olaf:Anna, Elsa, swen.... SAMaNtHa?
Frozen 3:Finding Samantha 😂😂
Edit:This is A *JOKE*
0:36 - A map in Frozen II found in the remains of the ship of the parents of Anna and Elsa shows the same year (1840) so this method of determining the timeline doesn't work. Given that the fog barrier was in place for 34 years, 5 months and 23 days, it went up in spring 1812. I have used a different method and came up with the following timeline of the Kingdom's reign:
1 - King Runeard (-1812)
2 - King Agnarr (1812-1840)
3 - Queen Elsa (1843-1846)
4 - Queen Anna (1846-)
the title of this video should be "frozen plot line explained in 16 minutes"
The timeline is actually a bit off.
1840 Spring is the time Frozen Fever takes place when Anna is 19. Granted that’s the only clue given for a date.
So with that we know Frozen mainly takes place a year before making the year July 1839. Elsa of age 21 and Anna 18.
We know Elsa was 18 and Anna 15 when their parents ship was lost at sea 3 years before the main story. So that puts the date at 1836.
So really the timeline should be:
1818 Elsa was born.
1821 Anna born 3 years later.
1826, Elsa(8) and Anna(5) go to play in the ballroom and that’s when the accident happens.
1836 Parents ship goes down in rough seas. Elsa (18) Anna (15)
1839 Elsa comes of age(21) and crowned Queen. Anna(18)
1839 Olaf’s frozen adventure takes place during winter that same year known from the fact it’s “the first Christmas in forever since we opened up the gates”.
Frozen 2 adds things to the beginning... a lot of things to the beginning 🤣
¨well wait till frozen 2 comes¨ me: gets triggerd FROZEN CAME OUT ON NOVEMBER 22 AND THIS WAS POSTED THATS 7 DAYS AFTER ok ok... you could say that you haveint seen it yet but YOU CANT SAY THAT IT HASINT CAME OUT YET
4:40 - “Just as she’s stapling up on a new Halloween Costume....I mean, winter outfit....”
Me: Omg lol 😂
Can you do a Tangled timeline, one that includes the movie, show, and short?
Great breakdown.
Frozen songs are Catchy aren't they? Here are pretty much the most famous ones from BOTH Movies:
2013's Frozen: Let It Go
2019's Frozen II: Into The Unknown
