Lightly file with a coarse file to leave roughened surface. Insert self tapping screw into hole, adding a coarse lock washer (not spring circular type). Alternatively a fine nut and bolt if the hole position allows it. Add JB weld going all the way around if you can.

yep, same experience, Tried JB weld several times, even tried soldering iron to try and melt/fuse plastic together. Nothing works....you should be able to buy replacement part !!

*I haven't used it yet, however, this pressure washer replacement gun offers greater spray flexibility over the standard sprayer gun that came with my pressure washer originally.*

Thanks. Mine leaks badly, likely the same crack, but I can not see it. Hey, 1750 psi, what should we expect. In my case into the garbage can and order new wand. I have used JB weld successfully before, but that was 40 years ago. Not this time.

I have a washer part such as this shown here, and thought I'd give it a try. It didn't work. JB weld don't bond properly with the plastic the wand is made of. I must admit, my repair lasted seconds, and that was it. The leak was back, just as bad as it was in the first place. It only lasted long enough, till I opened the trigger, and that was the end of that. Don't rely on JB Weld to do the trick of repairing these wand's plastic. It won't work for long, no matter how well you sand it for grip.

My Sunjoe power wash is leaking near the wand and lance connection. I removed my soap dispenser and reconnected the lance and it’s now leaking. What should I do?

Mine only leaks when I turn the washer and I don't want to turn the pressure on when I disassemble the gun, any recommendations?

It won't hold. I used epoxy and even wrapped string around the split and it lasted about 2 minutes. He doesn't even have the pressure up on the finished gluing job. I set mine alongside the road and someone thought they were getting a great freebie. It doesn't work well either, just does a skinny line.
    This PW is a POS.

@@asianmechanicguy6483 He's being more objective than rude. 1700 psi is plenty to get past that JB weld btw.
Still, yes, Thank You for showing what you did.

I have exactly the same problem on the same gun. Have read that no glue(JB) will hold the pressure. How is this holsing for you?
