They are actually in phase 1 . . Mindy and Larry and Her parents stayed away from each other the whole month they were under stay at home order.. when they went to phase one they decided to see each other .. I am sure they are following all the cleaning and washing of hands and not hugging or touching each other.. Why aren't you social distancing anymore when you were not that long ago? I live in the uk so I'm not sure what America's like with lockdown atm but it seems too soon to be out of lockdown

We are allowed to have family gatherings, allowed to visit but no more than 10 people per group, etc. we are following our rules and being safe by washing hands and wearing masks inside public places.
I'm in Alberta, Canada and while we were never on lockdown, we are only supposed to ideally visit with those we live with. That being said, with schools being closed, sometimes family has to look after children and private day homes were still able to run. Also, having a cohort family was also suggested. You can also still socially distance with people outdoors.
