You have a simple, uncluttered, life. You don't have a lot of "unnecessary stuff" in it. I like that. The stew looks incredible. Dried apricots and prunes in that. I never thought of adding that. I'm sure it tastes wonderful. I'm curious about something; what does Birch sap taste like. I saw you put orange slices in there to help flavor it, but I've never drank that before. but again, thank you for the video. A pleasure to watch❤

Could this gentleman possibly be Katya’s father? They look alike thru eyes. I’m so glad she can get outside and enjoy the forest. She works so hard and misses her husband so much.
