@MrIliketurtles1 you meant the game? I used Halo Custom Edition and used the console commands to let my camera fly and take over the grunts. I modded the bloodgulch map using the halo HEK. HEK is a program you can use to mod maps for halo custom edition.
He doesn't play as a grunt. He just set up all the grunts dancing in a CE map. I would imagine he put together multiple clips using the flycam or something.
