I guess the idea behind Galaxy Impact Garp was that he stayed behind to buy the others time and would just never go down, no matter how many opponents they threw at him. So to reflect that they based him around recovery, so after every opponent he beats he gets HP back and can go for the next. It still doesn't make a whole lot of sense though. If they wanted to go that route, they should have made him open up the fight with Galaxy Impact and have that carry buffs for him throughout the fight until another one is ready in combination with his healing. He is very offensive, as you correctly pointed out, and it just feels like that aspect is missing.
Honestly, I kind of enjoy Roger/Oden in Kizuna against STR bosses. Put them as the captain with Zoro/Sanji as a sub, and you get a 3.5x ATK boost and 3.25x Orb boost.
I dont get the hate for Dex Vivi, especially when comparing her base form to 6+ Ace - AND - because its very obvious that its an unfinished unit that will very soon have a 6+ coming. Sure this base form is bad, but personally, I dont even consider it a unit for judging right now, more like an unfinished project i invested in and am waiting to bloom. I think what we need to do is hate the process BEHIND the roll-out of this unit, and ones like it (along with every new game mode) that are blatantly designed to drain us of our resources so that we will spend either $$$ or vast amounts of time for more.
